Ride out man. The mania hasn't hit these low floater/low SS stocks yet. The OTC market has been slammed witj newbies that have no freaking clue what they are doing. They are buying huge bloated billion O/S subpenny stocks that have always been scams. They probably think having a huge multi billion OS is a good thing. If that same mania reaches stocks like this that are above a penny with super low structures.....look out. Might as well be a bit more patient.

very limited participation by ADMG in these penny rallies. I am setup to sell on any rallies if we get them, I see no value in anything they have, well they actually dont have anything at this point, thanks to the Chinese government.

While this has been one of my few losers, I take zero blame for it. That said, any rally over a nickel and more I can get out unscathed, and I wouldnt count that possibility out either, people are chasing just about anything and the share structure here couldn't be better as a starting point.

You were so dead sure that this was going to be successful post divesture of the iron ore business, look back on your posts, you were totally wrong. Over a year has passed and nothing has happened, this is one of my biggest plays that I was sure was going to be very very successful, and thanks to the Chinese government it was all destroyed. I am slowly trying to sell off my shares but it's not easy without much demand. But again, I feel my due diligence on this one was spot on and I do not blame myself for the loss. If we can get a spike on just speculation of a shell, then I will take advantage of it.

Not sure, we wait. They sure did a lot for nothing to happen, and management acquired shares, so I don't believe that nothing is happening. We just hold and wait.

well the merger did happen, but, the size of the business merging in is pretty small, nothing compared to what we had in potential with the the iron ore business that the chinese government snubbed. I believe they are looking for other potential business to merge into ADMG, but what the status of that is, I don't know. So we wait, and I am stuck with a huge amount of shares that just sit there, somewhere just under .05/share average (havent updated my numbers since the last spike where i sold a little).

thats exactly why I did some selling yesterday, never know when these opportunities will present themselves. It does NOT mean that it will not rally this week, next week, next month, or that it could not have rallied today, etc. I do believe it will have its day though, it's a clean shell with a real business in it, though, we don't know if there are any profits or what they are trying to cook up for new businesses.

I just cant speculate on something that we have absolutely no idea where it is going with regards to the business. If I am able to average out even at say 15 cents, I'd be ecstatic about that, but I am not banking on that happening. Break even would be a nickel only b/c I averaged down so heavily.

theres a lot of conjecture as to what could and will happen, nobody knows truthfully. For me I must lower my risk from this position, I have more than enough shares if this runs, but it could just as easily sink back to 2 - 3 cents, then what? (knowing me I'd probably buy back LOL)

no we really dont, just one small business was brought into the fray, but the (previous) ceo is still looking around. I'd say we are a ways from anything significant. Also my understanding is that it doesn't even have to be a chinese company that gets integrated, besides the small business that has been acquired (and the owner of that business is now the CEO of ADMG as well).

These chinese mergers are always quiet and not much info can be found. The low float, insider holdings, and recent filings make this attractive. A merger is happening, just dont have any insight into when and what.

I'm still trying to piece everything together but my feeble brain sure sees something very interesting bubbling up here. I'll be reading up on this 10-k and doing my best to make sense of the details, but if anyone has a good understanding and can quickly summarize what seems to be taking place - that would be awesome.

From what I can tell the share structure has been cleaned up and ownership is more or less changing (in conjunction with that), while the company has sold off 2 of their arms and acquired a new one. They're also looking to expand but aren't sure what industry to target yet.

We are currently seeking additional potential assets, properties or businesses to acquire, in a business combination, by reorganization, merger or acquisition. The plan of operation for the next 12 months is to: (i) determine which industries in which the Company may have an interest; (ii) adopt a business plan regarding engaging in the business of any selected industry; and (iii) commence operations through funding a start-up enterprise and/or acquiring an existing business or entering into a business combination with a "going concern" engaged in any industry selected. The Company is unable to predict when and if it may actually participate in any specific business endeavor, and the Company will be unable to do so until it determines the particular industry in which the Company may conduct business operations.

Any further details about who's who and what's what would be incredibly appreciated, but I think I understand the most important aspects. This seems like a really clean shell that has had to actively work to get to that point. Not only that but they're spelling out their intentions to make further big moves. One would have to assume that we're going to start to hear some updates via PRs, possibly tomorrow as there's PR worthy info in the 10k. imo
