well the merger did happen, but, the size of the business merging in is pretty small, nothing compared to what we had in potential with the the iron ore business that the chinese government snubbed. I believe they are looking for other potential business to merge into ADMG, but what the status of that is, I don't know. So we wait, and I am stuck with a huge amount of shares that just sit there, somewhere just under .05/share average (havent updated my numbers since the last spike where i sold a little).
