$AHFD who knew? https://nypost.com/2021/12/09/mushrooms-are-trending-in-makeup-beauty-and-hair-products/
That’s good news, says ahead-of-the-curve NYC dermatologist Jeannette Graf, who’s been studying the effects of mushrooms on skin for close to 20 years. While they may never achieve the legend status of say, alpha hydroxy acids or retinoids, mushrooms have been used for centuries in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine to enhance overall health, and they bring a whole host of benefits to the complexion table.
Gottesman can rattle off all the science-y reasons why she swears by chaga, including its sky-high ORAC (oxygen radical absorption capacity) and SOD (superoxide dismutase) levels. But the fact that her great granny in Tajikistan used it to whip up her own skin care potions inspired Gottesman to include chaga in Gro’s Woke Rejuvenating Face & Neck Oil and After Dark Anti-Aging Serum. Chaga can also be found in Solvasa Integrative Beauty’s DeStressance Serum, added for its ability to counteract “inflammaging” — a mashup of inflammation and aging that’s gaining traction in the aesthetics world.

I agree. It is smart business to expend horizontally. If one fails, there is still multiple things to fall back on. Smart management reduces risk. I don't mind paper losses and a little time when I see this kind of effort in business strategy. The cosmetics is intriguing. At some point, this will take off.
I know it’s been a long haul here, but take a look at the chart. Nice base has formed and now a nice, solid set of stairs has emerged. I’d look for a breakout from these levels into the .002’s in the next couple of weeks. Just my humble opinion of course, but I like the way this one is shaping up.
$AHFD The NFT sector is projected to move around $800 billion over next 2 years:
https://blockchainstox.com/the-nft-sector-is-projected-to-move-around-800-billion-over-next-2-years-report/
The metaverse sector is projected to move around $800 billion over the next 2 years, and gaming appears to be the most likely entry point into the NFTs market,” the report highlighted.
“Our respondents have indicated that “flip & earn” was the primary motivation behind their NFT purchases, though 2/3 of respondents indicated that NFTs only made up <25% of their overall crypto portfolio. When asked what would incentivize them to hodl NFTs instead of flipping, more than half indicated that “having current / future utility” would be a primary factor in choosing to hodl.” Bobby Ong, CoinGecko’s Co-Founder and COO, told Cointelegraph.
Although data from TeleGeography stated that there were already more than 7.1 billion active mobile devices worldwide, the PC remains the preferred choice for NFT trading and minting, with 60% of investors doing so. Mobile lags behind with a mere 21% of responses. “This can be attributed to the ease of using a PC to navigate time-sensitive NFT mints/trades,” the report highlighted.
When it comes to tracking new or upcoming NFT projects, 60% of respondents said they prefer to use Discord and Twitter. The minimum price also appeared to be important for the perception of value. The report revealed that when it comes to evaluating NFTs before buying, the majority of respondents (38.5%) were interested in the floor price and only 23% and 21.8% selected “strong community” and “artistic value/attachment” respectively.
On the other hand, most market investors said they were not interested in selling their NFTs. More than 50% of respondents highlighted that they have a HODL mentality and see a future where non-fungible tokens could be important items in games. Even with all the hype, NFTs only make up a small part of most cryptocurrency portfolios, with 70% of respondents reporting that they only represent 0-25% of their cryptocurrency portfolios.
Loving that a legit and well capitalized businessman is taking over this shell and cannabis, NFT’s and CoinChamp are still in play as well. Can’t see them tossing aside a potentially multi million dollar app which is why Glen has been kept on as a consultant. This has Pennie’s written all over it.

I appreciate the correction, OTC markets aren't always current. I'm intrigued that there is a legit CEO with a real business acumen coming to this ticker. Joe Wallace's past successes with Jimi Hendrix branded cocktails and alcoholic ice cream are impressive. Let's go $AHFD 🍄

Go AHFD!
IMO- It's concerning that these deals are tied to MCOA, and CBGL. Joe Noel's (Cannabis Global, Director of Research) SEC troubles, including lifetime disbarment from penny stock activity, along with his current SEALED DOJ records are certainly one big RED FLAG!
Some additional food for thought fun facts. During the time period since Bonilla and Wallace joined the fray with Manos, do you know how many either regulatory filings and announcements resulted in an increase of pps AHFD common the next trade session. Only one. That's correct. Only the release dated November 15, 2021 did the pps close higher the next trade session. Insignificant in that 100% of the filings SEC, OTC, and Wyoming S.O.S. and almost 100% of the announcements resulted in either a lower pps close the next trade session or flat the next trade session. If you are long AHFD, think you may just want to start asking questions and making some noise before so much time has passed that the silence of geniuses results in a 2022 complete tax loss.
Off 25% on the open. Yes, insignificant volume, none the less factual. Wallace, the silent guru has some work to do. When Bonilla entered picture the share price peaked an additional 5900%. Wallace, only an additional 100% at peak. 51 calendar days for Bonilla to drive pps below that the day before he entered the picture. Wallace, only 22 days to drive pps below that which was the day before he entered the picture. One CEO, than two CEO, now three CEO all remind me of a silent fart, stinks.
Yes and imo there has to be a sec filing or two this week appearing on the OTC. Since Wallace has taken over I haven’t seen one. There should be updates appearing on the otc.
$AHFD for those wondering what the going rate for a new shell company costs
Last paragraph…..
Compare this with a reverse merger which will typically cost $500k to $1mill (for a shell without bankruptcy in its past) plus marketing costs, and an IPO, which will usually cost $1 to $2 mill out of pocket plus $1mill per year in reporting infrastructure costs.

Agree with some of what your stating but definitely don’t give a damn about the past CEO’s. You said Bonilla left after spending money to buy this ticker - where does it say he left. We are all waiting to find out his future (now consultant) Cosmetics: insanely tough market to get into..as I stated before wallace could have a giant influencer to endorse the products. One thing you missed and I’m not sure if you went there but I don’t think Wallace would turn this ticker into a scam and jeopardize his reputation with other great companies and products( see hologram ) he is involved in. My opinion is he seems to always try new products that might or might not work out. I definitely don’t think he’s going into this to run a scam.

little clarification/disclosure here. having established long position seven years ago in AHFD, for many years I maintained a posture of a "zipped lip" in that some of my posts on the message board do nothing, if not put downwards pps of AHFD including those of pucstac (reverse) earlier posts of mine. everything any member posts on the AHFD board is for the most part of an opinionated, speculative nature due to what there is of the "facts" available publicly is not substantive, enough information, to a depth to fully understand what has transpired over the years. so despite banter of other members and mine of those that want nothing but the best for the shell that remains to once again start to move in a positive way, pps appreciation, these gaping holes leave us no choice but to post on a message board in search of answers and others thoughts. Hasn't anyone ever questioned why there was no criminal or regulatory actions/repercussions in regards to George, Gates, Griffin, Kropf, (Morales?)? Doesn't it seem that the reason this may be is that bluntly speaking, the entire World Of Wellness deal was one of which Manos was simply Double-Crossed and such just the resulting civil matter. See
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1477472/000155116313000100/0001551163-13-000100-index.htm
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1477472/000147747215000006/0001477472-15-000006-index.htm https://epublic-access.riverside.courts.ca.gov/public-portal/?q=node/379 case RIC1513961 (need to register for free access) Some time between September 2015 and December 2016 outstanding common AHFD ballooned 162% from 2.4B to 6.3B, 3.9B share dilution with no explanation and is it just a coincidence that this amount is roughly that which is if judgement was converted to AHFD common back then. Griffin 09/15 - 10/15, Kropf 10/15 - 07/16, Morales 07/16 - 12/16 CEO history. Kropf, more than likely with Manos direction, undisclosed publicly by regulatory filing and or press release had these shares issued. What are the details of such share issuance and proceeds of which what were the funds raised, used for? Now you have Glen Bonilla enter picture and exit with in months with such drastic change of business description from unknown, unchartered possible profitable businesses in rapidly changing industries of Cryptocurrency, Non Fungible Tokens, Sports Wagering, Cannabis to, GULP, cosmetics??? Does it seem realistic that Bonilla could not have had this in mind from day one? Time frame was only a bit over FOUR MONTHS. Now enter Wallace with similar FLUFF to that of Bonilla.
This shareholder doesn't buy that everything is on the up and up. Yet I'm not one to take easy way out and sell. Much rather HOLD, fight to see this shell, AHFD emerge to a viable, profitable business entity, that in my opinion will not come to fruition through cosmetics, face cream, or tacky THC straws.
Manos is always getting involved wid scammers, but yea yure rite.
Manos is in the past once he is paid 100,000 dollars. He has nothing to do with AHFD. He has already been paid 315,000. And at this time he is not involved in active health foods. Please GIVE FACTS sir. Manos only action IF NOT PAID from the offering (a) is to sue. This is a fact you did not provide: https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/315175/content
I'm glad so far there are no needless communication pumps. Hopefully, we get real pr's when real progress is made. Would like to see OTC updates to take place to show Wallace is filing something. Things are so freakin slow with OTC these days.
Also, it will be very interesting to see who the endorsers are. Of course, this could be a Giant pump when this is announced. The endorser MAKES THESE PRODUCTS SELL BIG.
Still waiting on Glen's and Wallace's updates(OTC) and filings:
Outgoing CEO and Chairman of the Board, Glen Bonilla, has been retained by the Company as a consultant to manage the recently acquired CoinChamp prediction platform. Full details of the change of control agreement will be filed with OTC Markets Group over the coming days.
Over the coming weeks, my team will be rolling out full details of our plans to create this entirely new class of science-based consumer skin and cosmetic products, in addition to announcing our team of product formulators and product endorsers. We welcome you to our journey with Chaga.”
They're all pump and dumps down here. Everybody was pumping this new monkey Bonilla is a 20 four-year-old college graduate who was a customer service representative at a bank. You know the greeter who asks if he can help you when you come in and then doesn't actually help you accept to tell you to stand in line.
Then everyone pumped that he was one of fortunes hot young execs. He paid to have himself named as one of fortune's top young executives for freaking Detroit. What a joke.
It was ridiculous And predictable.
Obviously I'm angry I didn't sell it 6/10 of a cent. But I knew it.

While I was aware of recent Domestic Corporation registrations in Nevada https://esos.nv.gov/EntitySearch/OnlineEntitySearch for Etrnl Cosmetics NV20222410160 and Etrnl Superfoods NV20222422283, not really sure what to think with the same registration for Active Health Foods Inc. NV20222422487 when it has been registered in Wyoming. Something else no one has discussed in the forum is in regards to Glen Bonilla maintaining his position at MCOA as Sales & Brand Manager. Is this not a "Conflict of Interest" considering that both companies are involved in the Cannabis Industry and from a practicality stand point do not see there is enough time in a day for CEO AHFD fiduciary responsibilities and the MCOA position. In regards to Scott Joseph Wallace, is it my imagination that for the most part all references in regards to his background, Wallace is the author of such and I did not see one reference to his time at Kayne Capital including news for the firm. Lastly in regards to a members comment about Manos being the past. Could not be further from the truth as this whole deal since Bonilla came into the picture is still up in the air and in no way shape or form, especially if this goes south, that culpability is with Manos.
Good morning AHFD! Like how all of this is playing out.
I'm "shocked"...(wink wink)
"...well this turned out to be a scam. ..."
well this turned out to be a scam. nothing new on da otc.
IMO- the worse issue could be that CBGL is involved, and probably felon Joe Noel as well.
Manos and 2018 are the past.
They dump we buy! “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure”
That's a good boy. Manos, Bonilla, Wallace, the three stooges. Question, just how low would you like the pps of AHFD to go, 0.0001, maybe no bid? Seven years now I have patiently waited for the light to come on. Well the silence of dimwits seems to continue to be the norm. Took it down to <0.0007 today. Maintain that silence as I guess contrary to all that is the norm for any publicly traded company doesn't apply here. Not sure what is worse, the still unexplained 3.9 B shares issued between '15 - "18 or the utter ignorance with regards to transparency with the company's shareholders.

Transparency surfaced today on EDGAR with the posting of an SEC Generated letter and three AHFD Correspondence letters giving us shareholders at least a timeline of events since initial Offering Statement on 11/17/21.
Five days later on 11/22/21 SEC generated letter for numerous financial statement deficiencies.
Eight days later on 11/30/21 the Amended Offering Statement submitted.
Nine days later on 12/09/21 Qualification request for 12/13/21, that was not granted due to failure to file M-11 and submit $1,200 to State of New York Investor Protection Bureau.
Forty-seven days later on 01/25/22 N.Y. Effective Registration.
Fifteen days later on 02/09/22 for N.Y. I.P.B. to generate letter for AHFD to submit to SEC EDGAR.
Thirty five days later on 03/16/22 for AHFD to submit M-11 from N.Y. to SEC EDGAR.
Two days later on 03/18/22 Qualification request for 03/23/22.
Five days later on 03/23/22 SEC QUALIF Offering Statement.
Some eye raising concerns here but just the fact that this information is now available for all to see is a BIG step forward regarding Transparency.
