While I was aware of recent Domestic Corporation registrations in Nevada https://esos.nv.gov/EntitySearch/OnlineEntitySearch for Etrnl Cosmetics NV20222410160 and Etrnl Superfoods NV20222422283, not really sure what to think with the same registration for Active Health Foods Inc. NV20222422487 when it has been registered in Wyoming. Something else no one has discussed in the forum is in regards to Glen Bonilla maintaining his position at MCOA as Sales & Brand Manager. Is this not a "Conflict of Interest" considering that both companies are involved in the Cannabis Industry and from a practicality stand point do not see there is enough time in a day for CEO AHFD fiduciary responsibilities and the MCOA position. In regards to Scott Joseph Wallace, is it my imagination that for the most part all references in regards to his background, Wallace is the author of such and I did not see one reference to his time at Kayne Capital including news for the firm. Lastly in regards to a members comment about Manos being the past. Could not be further from the truth as this whole deal since Bonilla came into the picture is still up in the air and in no way shape or form, especially if this goes south, that culpability is with Manos.
