Joker--->>> 10-Q for Quarter Ended June 30, 2022 August 15* Non-Accelerated Filers 45 days after fiscal quarter-end. Expect Joker to drag it out until end of day next Monday and p.p.s will suffer all week long waiting as markets in general frown on lack of transparency. If Joker doesn't have something to say meaningful when report is dropped, once again p.p.s will suffer. As for what is in report, find it hard to fathom anything of significance, yet if there is, more than likely will put pressure on common and if by chance it is positive in nature, expect Joker to speak and even if the former Joker better do some explaining.

I'm in the same boat. My holdings are in limbo. The filing coming up will be interesting. On the bright side, Mr. Wallace has no history of dishonesty or shady dealings. Any ideas what happened? On this Independence Day holiday it has now been a bit over 19 months since the "x-mas miracle" December 24, 2020 on what is either the slowest or second slowest trade day of the year, along with Black Friday, are half trade days, when out of no where, 1.1 billion shares of volume and that was with the first trade that day over 15 minutes after the markets opened. More than likely a moot point having seen so much occur since, yet what remains a commonality is shareholders are STILL some what in the dark with a traders cloud of "Uncertainty" weighing down the p.p.s
