I'm in the same boat. My holdings are in limbo. The filing coming up will be interesting. On the bright side, Mr. Wallace has no history of dishonesty or shady dealings. He has only been around this company a few months. There were a few quick PRs about his intentions. I expect news will be coming before the end of the year as he gains footing and traction..
