The recent developments by the new owner of AHFD, specifically “substantial reverse split” will do just the exact opposite to the 70+ shareholders of AHFD. What history has shown is that this will completely wipe out each and every AHFD shareholders position. In other words, hurt all of us. The current owner is selling this on hope that the new company will be successful. “Anticipating” a “substantial” increase in the price per share in a defined amount of time to be eligible to become a NASDAQ listed company. I’m fairly certain that each and every one of you are highly successful and have the security of knowing that you can retire comfortably. The 70+ shareholders of AHFD will lose 98.4% of current AHFD equity due to the “substantial” dilution as a result of the issuance of 70M AHFD to Robert Boyar, Bioidentical Hormones Inc. The 1 - 7000 reverse split itself theoretically has NO effect on AHFD Market Cap. The actual acquisition itself has already been priced into AHFD market cap. This substantial reverse split in itself, if there was no issuance of 70M AHFD common could be viewed positively with the corresponding p.p.s. correction post-split moving the common closer to a NASDAQ listing. Theoretically history will show the new p.p.s. start tumbling from post-split $1.40 to about $0.0224. Robert Boyar, Bioidentical Hormones Inc. will have his 70M common, value $1.568M. What is the purpose and where do you have the time and expense to also start another for profit corporation named “BOYAR ATM COMPANY, INC.”) Current AHFD shareholders will have had their AHFD positions all but completely evaporated (98.4%), 1.594M common, value $25.5K. Instead of helping people you will be hurting people as the new p.p.s will have only moved up from $0.0002 to $0.0224, long way from the required NASDAQ listing requirement of $4.00. Each and every one of you will have to answer questions from prospective clients in the future why you all were a part of this and said nothing to protest and stop this reverse split that did very little to boost the p.p.s of AHFD. I completed understand staying in and having hope. I was the same way with other scam otc post huge reverse split stocks. Instead of taking a loss and coming out with 1700 dollars I would wait a year or two and sold my stock for 17 dollars because a humongous reverse split turns a .0002 into a .00002 or .000002 over time. Believe me, frustrated, in the dark. Names pop up you never heard of. Appears now this is a holding company. Ect, ect. ect. Why? because whoever is running this ship has no damn tongue. If the r/s did happen, then current bid is $2.10 current ask is $2.80 and stock would have to hit $48.30 to match high of $0.0069. None of what is transpiring or isn't for that matter makes any sense other than this long hauler gets the feeling is going to get screwed. For that matter how the "F" does Bonilla deserve $100K for doing nothing but tanking the stock? For that matter Manos, he knew damn well Bonilla had zero experience running publicly traded company just as Manos was himself back when he started AHFD. Seems to me that both Manos and Bonilla failed their fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders for their own personal gain. Then what about Bonilla role here? Seems to me he was nothing more than an agent to purchase for the Joker? Never at any time did MCOA say anything about Bonilla leaving company. How could he be competing against his employer in the cannabis industry? MCOA had to also have given there good stamp of approval. Got to love the posting by Manos back in October how he had shareholders backs or how welcome us shareholders are by the Joker. Then there still are many unanswered questions still going back prior to October 2021. All the above is a speculative, emotional response by this long haul shareholder who just wants reasonable communication and over sight for that matter.

They haven’t scammed ever with dilution like other tickers. Usually the scamming CEO’s dilute like mad before they RS. Something is off
