You called it correctly from the beginning. Who the f says welcome to the Wallace family and does a 1 for 7000, not a 1 for 700 or 1 for 70 and then he should trust his leadership will increase the value of the company over a couple of years to the point where he has a small shot of getting to nasdaq. No one wanted to invest in his offering so he screwed shareholders. The Wallace family treats shareholders well.
