Most people will be supprised at how few shares there will be after the split. I expect more news after the split and name change. Traders should count the MMs shares for sale and divide by 2000. Insiders are not going to give their shares away.
My next problem is: I did not invest into paper manufacturer or retailer on my own merit, I've been forced into it "de facto" I'd never say MTIZ ever was a good investment before, management allways was SCAMMMMM. But I've been flipping this stock for a minimal profits and made couple of GS.
When I"Ve lost my sides on MTIZ for 2 month and as result inherit ACLOR. I do not saying ACLOR is a bed company, all I'm saying is I'd newer invest in this industry on my own, I just don't know it.
That is my thoughts, what is yours?
That's the reason all of us are in deep water here I know this company pattern for three years so those who say to sell at .0002 are real idiots and invest only $100 while we have invested in millions of shares at higher prices
They don't understand anything on penny stocks just come to buy thinking they will get some at .0005 flip at .001 make profit and move idiots don't know how Chinese scams behave
Please take into consideration that majority of us is deep under water right now. Thats why nobody sells, pips waiting for R/S to go thru and then will sale there highly inflated shares hoping to at least break even.
Under most circumstances I would not be a buyer here. As people who follow this stock can see, no one is selling. Most are waiting to see the outcome of the 1/2000 reverse split. There are several reasons for my staying long and strong. Aclor is a new public company and is making money. They are expanding and have unique production ability RE: wire noetebooks. Hopefully they will pace their growth so as not to dilute more than necessary. I think fourth quarter numbers will be excellent and 2012 will reward shareholders. This company will not stay small for long.
RE: the letter of intent with SGD
http://www.globalpapermoney.org/sgd-holdings-strikes-new-supply-agreement-with-aclor-cms-5455
Do you honestly think that management, or for that matter, any semi intelligent shareholder, is going to pay attention to $1 stock sales? On the other hand if you want to sell your shares @ .0002 I will be happy to accommodate.
Shame mr gung you can't support the stock ,no buyers for your scam
Interesting and very posible scenario
Thought for discussion
It appears that Aclor will be taking market share from large foreign manufacturing companies because of their close proximity to the USA and import laws. One way of dealing with that issue is to buy them out or a takeover. There was a letter of intent signed in 2010 by SGD so the thought process has already begun.

I'll keep mine too, all 640 after R/S shares of mine
The way I see it, there are only 405,256,129 shares in the float and most of those are not for sale. There are a few who would flip under .0044 but not many. I'll just keep mine for awhile and enjoy Christmas.
Um sorry that was me picking up 2.5 million shares at .0005. This is my third time buying at .0005 and selling for at least triple. Oh and if you find that .0002 seller for 500 million, see if he has another 500 million for me.
With a name and CUSIP number change coming, market makers will not want to naked short this stock. Market Makers will want your cheap shares to sell at ten times the money.
Most here are thinking like penny stock traders rather than investors. No one likes to see their investment decline in value, but companies take risks that can win or lose. I am a risk taker. They have real products and are making money. As long as value is added to the company and financials continue to improve, I don't care what they do. I am not running the company and therefore will watch as they execute their business plan. Those of you who are throwing stones are only hurting yourself. The letter from the president and CEO was well written and explained what was happening. I think there will be other PRs coming that will set the stage for an exciting spring.
I think they looking for different kind of investors. They are not interesting in pinky...... Trying to jump
from the first floor to to the fifth in one step JMNHO
This stock is a joke ,do you feel any one will buy this POS after the R/S
Chinese scam soon after rs they will start selling wait for next rs
First increase the bid from .0002 mr.gung no one believes your scam
I would definitely NOT do 1/2000 R/S which make all investing community afreid and laughing.
Think about how you would grow this company. What would you do, given the Metiscan past, to create profit and build for the future?
I'd love to have 500,000,000 at .0002. Anyone interested, please PM me if that strikes your fancy.
Just someone making a chart look bad. 1000 shares at .0001, a 10¢ transaction....LOL
There were a few shares sold at .0005 last week. Good luck to everyone who wants to add at these levels. Market Makers would love to have your shares before the split.
Name change to Aclor International, Inc. and 1:2000 Common Stock Reverse Split
On October 31st, 2011, the Company's Board of Directors and majority shareholders approved the
change of Metiscan's name and approved a 1 for 2,000 reverse split of our issued and outstanding
common stock, which name change was further amended on November 3rd, 2011 to Aclor International,
Inc. Metiscan’s subsidiary, Aclor, Inc. (Aclor) is a supplier of goods to major retailers and numerous small
to midsized businesses in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe. Changing the name of Metiscan, Inc.
to Aclor International, Inc. allows our Company to establish itself as an international brand with its
customers as well as within the public marketplace.
Our SEC counsel filed a certificate of amendment with the Delaware Secretary of State on November 3,
2011 for the said name change and reverse stock split. The Company also obtained a new CUSIP
number that reflects both our name change and reverse split. We originally believed the name change
and reverse stock split would be effective on December 5, 2011, however, given that both are
subject to FINRA's approval we have updated our expectation that approval may occur before the
end of this calendar year.
Upon the effectiveness of the reverse stock split, all earnings per common share amounts, references to
common stock and stockholders' equity amounts will be restated as if the reverse stock split had occurred
as of the earliest period presented. The reverse split will affect our issued and outstanding
common stock and the number of shares of common stock underlying our issued and
outstanding convertible preferred stock, including Series D and Series H preferred stock. The
conversion rate of Series D and Series H preferred stock will be reduced by 2000 times. The
issued and outstanding number of shares and par value of these preferred stock will not be
affected.
3. Capital Structure Review: Example Pre & Post-Split.
Our authorized capital stock consists of 10,010,000,000 shares, of which 10,000,000,000 shares are
common stock, par value of $.0001 per share, and 10,000,000 shares are preferred stock, par value of
$.0001 per share.
As of November 30, 2011, the following shares of preferred stock and common stock are issued and
outstanding: 500,000 shares of Series D Preferred Stock, 45 shares of Series E Preferred Stock (another
6 shares have been redeemed but not cancelled yet as of November 30, 2011), 57 shares of Series F
Preferred Stock (another 6 shares have been redeemed but not cancelled yet as of November 30, 2011),
1,078,460 shares of Series G Preferred Stock and 2,578,460 shares of Series H Preferred Stock,
6,832,150,554 shares of common stock.
I don't foresee any bargain shares available in the near future.
All it takes is one big investor to make this go through the roof. Keep our fingers crossed.
Conservatively, this could be trading at 0.01 based on current valuation. The problem is, dilution is on the way. How much and when is the question. You always have to keep in the back of your mind...companies go public to capitalize by selling shares. How they do it, and what they do it for, is critical. Play it yes, but 'invest' at your peril.

20111205 LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT & CEO OF METISCAN, INC. ftp://200.52.138.15/20111205.pdf
There is nothing one can do,that is a problem. My account with Schwab was frozen for 4 weeks till agents transfer a certificates. We will see what'll happened with MTIZ or whatever symbol it will be.
This week will answer all our questions. Good luck to all !!!!!!!
Most people hold their shares electronically and will change automatically. You should see the new name and reversed shares in your account when announced unless you hold your shares in certificate form. There is nothing you need to do.
My experiense with R/S, we will not be aible to trade for 3 to 4 weeks, till agents will transfer certificates

I don't think we will know until in the morning if the reverse split and name change will be in effect. Either way it will be an interesting day.
On October 24, 2011, 6,832,150,554 shares of common stock were issued and outstanding.

Everyone should do their own math.
Why will Aclor SUCCEED?
We offer high quality paper and paper products, and given our location in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, we are able to supply United States customers in a just in time fashion and eliminate both the extra shipping cost as well as lead time necessary for orders placed overseas. We are able to deliver an order within 8 to 14 days of the order being placed, compared to 90 - 120 days for our overseas competitors. Furthermore, our relationships with large customers, helps mitigate the commodity price fluctuations for our raw materials, as we can utilize our large customer’s purchasing power in price negotiations, if needed, on raw materials.
Where are their strengths?
We have developed proprietary machinery to enable us to produce multiple paper supply products utilizing the same group of machines. Furthermore, we have developed a system to convert material into three (3) ring binders that will enable us to produce binders at a lower cost and superior quality than those of our competitors
Who will their new customers be?
Walmart, Target, Walgreens, and United Stationary
In order to fulfill the orders from our large customers, we plan to purchase more equipment and increase our inventory. We also plan to expand our operation to a much larger facility to increase our paper product capacity as well as support binder manufacturing. With the expanded facility, equipment, and resulting extra capacity, we will enter into business relationships with more customers such as Walmart, Target, Walgreens, and United Stationary, which we believe will lead to an increase in sales.
I agree ! At least this board more energetic now
We all had an opportunity to pick up a few extra shares this week. Things are looking good!
I've been adding all this time too. My GTC @.0005 was only partially filed. If we would not have R/S coming, I'm sure PPS after Last PR would bee between .015 and .025 by now.
I am curious who they hired to audit them, that will be the telling tale as to where we are heading. Could you imagine if it is one of the top 10. Big boards. lol
Only a few shareholders know how really thin this is. When we trade under our new name this will move fast.
Financials will excite new investors
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=50268089
I have well over 10m shares, but wanted to get more down there. Talking with the TA I knew it was thin, but now I know just how thin it is.
The lowest price per share these past few days was .0005. I was going to buy up the rest this afternoon but .0008 was the best offer. As usual, timing is everything. If we happen to get shares under a dollar on Monday, I will be a buyer. I have a hunch that is wishful thinking. I expect regular PRs keeping us informed on filings and how management plans to grow the company. As far as I know the reverse split has not been confirmed; but I expect it on the open Monday morning. I am keeping an open mind and going with the flow.
Nice surprise to come home to. I didn't get my trip 2's. O well, bring on the split.
I agree, it was nice to see this pony on an upswing.
Ditto that.
Great Close
.001/.0016
There was a lot of buys at the close. Monday will be exciting.
4 hours to go alot can happen
"With the bid/ask at 5 and 10 this could be an interesting day."
bid/ask now .0008/.0018
It wouldn't supprise me to see a nice EOD run to get shares while they are vailable at these levels. Money making companies in the pinks are a rare thing. Not many shares between here and .005. After the 1/2000 reverse split that would be $10.00 a share.
