All SEC Suspensions are for exactly ten market days. There are two types of Suspensions, one for SEC Registrant Filers that are severely delinquent in filing Financials, and the second one for either SEC Registrants or NON-Registrants (eg., many OTC stocks) for questions about adequacy and accuracy of information, essentially fraud(s).

The former is a slam dunk for the SEC where the proof is evident in the Financials delinquencies, and the second will usually result in SEC Litigation that may not happen for years.

Brokers are loathe to process trades on SEC Registrant delinquent filers because the SEC Admin Law Judge will revoke the stock registration quickly.

ACCE will be revoked sometime after the SEC Suspension ends.

Are there no more temp suspensions or are they just plain suspensions and they stay not tradable until they get revoked?

I noticed that some brokers will allow trades on suspended stocks and some are not letting any more.

I see. I looked for it on a Dutch site, and this company is deregisterd. Was a daughter of Accres Holding. But is see that Fokker is Dutch. Hmm, could have mailed him in Dutch.

They just went straight up quiet. For no apparent reason. But now we know it was because of a majority shareholder who stalled things. Now they are back at it fixing things and hopefully we get to see what this was initially made of

It looked like these guys had some connections and back then people thought 1.00+ even with the OS. It was just one of those ones that go high although OS is higher side.

I'm from the Netherlands myself! I already thought that Fokker and Meijers sounds Dutch, but I don't see the connection. If the right smart guys are in this. its going to go higher without much.imo Just crazy some people got arond 800k .02 area. This had no shares out there and was .40 here and there. I want to see what the co has and what deals they have worked. I like diamonds and precious metals and I like the Netherland connection. That is usually pretty good along with the UAE.

Yep. Someone could of gotten them for a while. Its almost like it was set up but who knows someone might of just liked it all of a sudden and took it out.


Other than that big order that has been floating around. ACCE was very thin for a very long time. Most people it looks like are holding for the .08 9 .10 area or more.
