I was made aware of the following assets of the Company: as of October 1, 2023, Rack Billiards, LLC. (“RBLLC”), a Delaware Limited Liability Company, became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer. RBLLC is a sports bar and grill located at 312 North Entrance Rd., Sanford, FL., 32771. RBLLC has over 11,000 square feet, housing 22 pool tables, 5 soft tip dart boards, 40 TVs and 3 Big Screen projectors. The property features a full bar and full scratch kitchen. Thus, it is my opinion that ACCR is no longer a “shell” company by the acquisition of a performing asset worth approximately $5.6 million dollars. Therefore, it is counsel and the Company opinion that the Company is no longer a “shell” since October 1, 2023, following the acquisition just described.

I sent a few friends a picture of my latest neck surgery......This friggin' hurst me so much. My 5-hour operation, actually too 7, and my recovery almost took 12 hours. My who sutures split open I had my soul mate take many pictures of the many stiches. Guess what>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I went in for a shaving of my c5/c4 had that 45% angle point upward bone, and complete other components of the ACDF, fuse my c3-t2, take out the opened disc (herniated disc)......... and this later spine Surgery left me with a bigger and sharper bone shaved sharply also, and it's I;m sure over this tube, which I think it/s a never around this area. I'm so tired. The day I was discharged with a open wound on my operation for the ACDF, and so I had to go to the ER, where I had a BP drop down to 30/25. I came back after they pumped me with 2 unites of blood (I am Opositive) and 1 bag of platelets. I'll just say that it was not my time to go yet. I said to GOD....please give me a 5th chance to come back. Just like ACCR.,......let's all be positive about this company and pray that XU does not sell shares via his convertible preferred shares. Please XU.....let her pop.😇

Most would have not come back. I had 4 nurses tell me that a 30/25 BP sustained is a very bad event. I was so scared, yet also very brave. My blood pressure took almost 3 hours to stabilize and eventually reach a normal BP around 110 over 60s, it was about 12:30 when I got the bed, and around 3:00pm I went into the surgery room. My Neurosurgeon joked, and then asked me to turn over. He said WOWSA, the 6 internal stitches all snapped open....they opened in the ER,,,,,,,it was like 6 pops not all at once, they 5 remaining snapped while waiting for a surgery BED. The first snap occurred at home the night on the same day we were discharged. His PA told us on his EMERGENCY call line to go to the ER and he would meet us there to fix the problem. My Dr did a good overall. It hurst me like a knife internally sticking up right to the right side of my c3. It's the dump support PAs and some RNs. I'll bet the PA was the one to close me up after the main operation was done by my Neurogen. I wish no pain like this to anyone. It's a bad one, and he'll probably recommend another surgery to shave down the c3 vertebrae. I was in the hospital for 11 days straight. I also got Phlebitis on my left hand-----> it was swollen like crazy while I was discharged. I mean come. Oh,,,,,I also caught COVID on day 2 of my hospital stay!!!!!I hear that I had to be chained down.....3 times after my recovery. This MOFO hurts like a 24/7 sharp bone spur sticking up 3 inches. This hurst!!!!! Like I said, I sent pictures of my open suture from home, and then the monster close up with exterior elephant monster stitches. 🤑

I am committed to this company. Market Makers will trust me, as I very trustworthy, and there is too much crap posted on this board about me. I am very decent person, and do not drink alcohol nor do any drugs as stated on this board. Let's be clean!

Come on guys, stop making crap up. My Dr. gives me a drug test every month, for my pain medicine. I recently was in the hospital and had a 7 hour front and back Spinal Fusion. I also just got in January 2024 -----> 12 new titanium screws. In the front, he separated my 4 cervical bones, and created just for me a new titanium synthetic dics c4-c5 / c5 -c6 / c6-c7 and c7-t1. Everything is titanium. My whole NEW NECK!!!!!

I never screwed over any MM, and never diluted the Company share position. ACCR flew to just over $.051 - it recently traded up to $.008 with solid volume. Volume in a stock precedes stock movement, this is usually the case. I think this RACK will be huge! Just my OPINION.....let's see what happens with the new group in town........I want to see $1 a share,and see how strong we spike again. Could be a dream.....and it could be very lucid.
