This company is prime for bankruptcy, not too sure why the con artist Jose hasn't gone this route to pay off his debt and walk away from this mess he's created. He's BROKE! He can't afford fins and can't afford to have CE removed.

Interesting observation but I think there may be hundreds of OTC's that have performed well in the past and will do so in the future...the OTC index coincides with other indices. As far as this ticker goes rumor may move it but they are going to have to have some substance, real assets injected, before it will be worth even triple 000's imho.

There are only two major shareholders that could traded over 400 M shares in a few days. That would be CEO or his son who holds shares under front company Ridge Point Capital. I speculate that OTC would not lift CE until OCI was addressed. It could be that the shares were finally addressed and transferred to market. Only time will tell. Would like to see CE lift.
