Thanks for sharing your questions and Joe’s reply.
He does seem consistent about the timeframe. Throughout the year…
Near future…. In the coming months…
The investors deck states many things will be accomplished in the second and third quarters of this year. I hope he’s correct.
Good luck to us all!
JohnGlenn:
I posted Mr. Stern's reply ... I didn't see your post until I submitted my E-mail ... your follow up would be helpful and appreciated. Hopefully, news from the company will begin to trickle in, then flow "soon" ... the wait since 2005 has been challenging! Best wishes & regards, J. Ayers
RE JOE STERN:
The redomicile from Richmond to Singapore was done for many reasons, besides from our CEO living in Singapore and it being a business friendly environment, Singapore public health is ranked number 1 in the world and SingHealth is ranked as a top healthcare system in the world. As you know we recently completed a trial of our human diabetes solution once again proving its effectiveness. Unfortunately I can’t speak to this in more detail, but you will see the benefits of the move unfold throughout the year.
Regarding the human platform, I would refer you to the last line in our September 28th, 20223 news release (https://www.alrt.com/news/2023/09/28/alrt-patent-grant) “On top of that, receiving the patent grant for Predictive A1c protects our clinically proven effective diabetes management system against would be competitors while securing our competitive advantage over other software platforms”. We believe that our competitive advantage through our software is secure, and as we talk about in the investors deck found at www.alrt.com we see CGMs as the future of diabetes monitoring but the barrier being cost. Therefore, we are working towards offering a CGM with our ALRT Diabetes Solution at a competitive price to BGM monitoring.
Regarding time and new releases, unfortunately we cannot spell out the details of what has been going on behind the scenes until they have been completed and there are many moving parts that involve both the human and animal divisions. I can tell you that we internally believe we are in the best position we have ever been in as a company and believe great value will be delivered to shareholders in the near future. There have been a handful of delays but they are in our opinion just that, delays. We will announce more publicly as we execute on our business plan in the coming months but regretfully I cannot say much more then that at this time.
Any luck on a response to your questions?
Dear Sir:
It is my understanding you are prompt to reply to shareholders ...
1) Your move from Richmond to Singapore caught me by surprise. Care to elaborate on why you left the vibrancy of a U.S. hub?
2) The human side of the product has been slow to roll out and I'm fearful other companies are gaining
competitive advantage; the animal side seems to have been a nightmare to implement with little traction.
3) Loyal shareholders have been eager for news ... many months have gone by! It certainly seems we all deserve an infusion of positive, pertinent and timely updates ... SURELY YOU UNDERSTAND!!!
Finally, what are your observations, to share, that gives each and every shareholder legitimate hope that our wait has not been in vain?
Kindest regards ... *My Email to Joe.stern@alrt.com
Yes, please share any response. Not telling you what to ask, but it does seem that the biggest current challenge is manufacturing. Would make sense to include asking how the new manufacturer is performing.
Thanks....
Kind of you to reply promptly! I will certainly keep you in the loop ... I am hopeful the 3rd or 4th quarter will posture ALRTF for significant price appreciation ... I realize we all are in this for that expectation! Again, "thanks!" _ J. Ayers
I initially emailed Investor Relations which is ir@alrt.com
Joe responded and his email address is Joe.stern@alrt.com
He has always been quick to respond.
Good luck and please share if you hear anything worthwhile.
Hello: I currently own over 2 million shares of ALRTF. How is the best way for me to contact Mr. Joe Stern? Your advice is appreciated! J. Ayers
I have a sell order in on all 300K shares for $0.04. Right now, that seems like pie in-the-sky wishful thinking. But I'll be happy just to get out without taking a bath. It would be just my luck to dump these shares and then have ALRT do something to drive the share price up. At this point, however, I'll live with that. Gut tells me that this ticker won't ever see a nickel again.
My concern is we lose our current leading edge technology to another startup who finds a better solution to diabetes care before ours hits the market. I long forgot about the dollars invested, my enthusiasm is waning. I rarely check on ALRTF. That’s sad to me.
Well, yes and no. I got $10K into this loser. Hard to forget about that, but sure. It's been dead money for a long time now.
Right, at least it's an old investment, the money spent on shares has long been forgotten.
Today's trade volume on ALRT - 0 shares. Bahahahahahaha!!!!! Call me a bag holder 🤣
We'll see. Been listening to these types of responses from ALRT for months and years now. So far, nothing has moved the needle upward.
Like everyone else who has any significant level of investment in this penny, I want nothing but success for ALRT and its shareholders. But patience has been wearing thin, With no interest or trade volume going on, for months and years, at best this investment is dead money right now and at worst, we're bag holders.
Here is my recent email conversation with Joe Stern. I am still optimistic.
Hello Joe
Is there any chance we get a press release anytime soon? I think it’s been 6 months or more
Joe:
Unfortunately we ran into some last minute manufacturing delays which have pushed out our timeline, nothing to be concerned about long term but that is the reason for the lack of PR’s. We plan on issuing a news release as soon as we can but are waiting to achieve milestones rather than to speak to future plans.
Me:
I know there is progress being made but as an investor sometimes it’s difficult because we don’t get to see any of that. I know you all are investors as well and want success even more than we do
Joe:
We appreciate your understanding, patience and loyalty. I can assure you that in my opinion nothing has changed regarding our potential success this year and what it will translate into from a market perspective. We’re almost there, just a few last hurdles and we’ll have press releases stating achievements not plans or speaking about what is going to happen.
The worst part about being a shareholder in this company is that the trade volume is so low - practically non-existent - you can't even dump it without taking a total bath. Sitting on 300K shares of this dumpster fire with nearly $10K into it. Guess I'll just sit tight and wait for never to come. If this POS ever hit 4¢ again, I'd sell so fast I'd sh*t myself. 😀
'Wife', didn't they make her president after moving to singapore
What wire transfer thing are you referring to thanks
Right, any news would be welcomed, like that chan is still alive. I have a feeling the whole wife transfer thing is because chan is too old to care. He used to talk with investors here but so much silence. They have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders, why aren't we getting any news.
Waiting to hear from LastOne. He loved pumping this stock and criticizing me for dogging its performance. He's been awfully quiet lately. Hmm. I wonder.....
Next stop for ALRT? $0.01
Let's face it folks. We're bag holders on this ticker. Period, the end.
Up two days in a row, well the day is still young
$3-5 a share would be sick, I don't think I could hold that long, but if the company is making serious revenue I would think a dividend would be likely, that way chan and all of shareholder can benefit since overhead is so low with this company
Thanks for sharing, Rdizz. I’m not sure how much money I’ve invested, the highest pps was around $2.50 back in 1999. Been buy a little extra when I had fun money but am now on a retirement budget and can’t afford extra cost. My total holdings are at 120,000 shares. I could use money to help pay down my new home build but not confident that happens this year. My pipe dream is $3-$5/share. Not sure that can happen. Best wishes all
I have only $3500 invested, had around 100k for a while and broke a few off, sitting at 70k shares now, I'm cool with 20-50c share price.
I used to tell me wife any day now on a bunch of my pennies. This is my only one left and no reason to sell. I almost wish this was a pump and dump at this point, looking for some fun money. I'm a software engineer in my day job so don't really need this money, but would be nice to celebrate a win with all the guys on the board
I have two concerns. Manufacturing/Supply Chain. Overall business environment in 2024. Election, china/Taiwan, ww3, etc.
Hopefully the new manufacturer delivers. As for the rest.....lots of drinking and praying (not necessarily in that order).
Still here, even bought more during recent dips, altho' bear in mind since I'm about his age, I may in fact be suffering from Biden Brain. Just sayin'. Cheers!!
AMEN!!
I still believe…
Amen, John Glenn. Amen!
Amen, John Glenn. Amen!
Man, I'm so outnumbered these days. Lastone doesn't post as much, I'm the only Homer left. What was the guys name that used to post a bunch, another Homer like me, said he and his associates had a bunch of shares, struck me as an older gentleman? I need that guy back for some support.
You guys give up to easy. I still have faith in Mr. Chan, Joe Stern, rest of the crew, the product and the market.
Can I get an AMEN?
hey buzz,
same here, it's been a while for me... 7-8 years?
i've pretty much written it off... if it pays me something great. my cost basis is pretty low, around .035 so i've been in the green often... i'm waiting for a payday that'll probably never come, i guess we'll see.
i have plenty of other, serious investments that are doing well so no biggie if it crashes and burns.
i fell in love with the story, chan's personal financial commitment and no dilution... now i just wait to be suprised :)
glty & glta!
Just wondering, all you peeps invested in ALRTF, how much money are you into this? At $0.05 you’re probably under $50M and most of you are prob under $10M. I’ve been around the longest, paid the highest price per share and been averaging down over the years. I have no complaints. It was fun money, not rent money. I’m enjoying this ride. If it fails, no worries, I’ll be ok. I’ve brought others into it and have fun joking about the daily dive in share price. Creating memories and great stories. My family laughs at me and my dream of big returns. How will you be when it fails? I hope you all can laugh at the end rather than cry. Best wishes to all. Happy Easter. He is Risen! Alleluia! Alleluia!
I have been with this company for decades. Something doesn't seem right. I think Mckvee and Rdizz23 are on to something. Where is the money going?
Also, where is the news we were promised that was coming from one of the emails that someone here sent
The company isn't acting in the best interest of shareholders, they aren't even sharing any info with shareholders only company insiders.
The Singapore move seems fishy now that we aren't even targeting that market right now. They move there and then target the Canadian market. A Canadian move would have made more sense. Probably a way for the company to skirt the rules
With 550M outstanding shares, I'm sure Chan would jump at the offer of $1/share!
The firm that owns covertus is worth 57.6bln, a $1 a share would easily would easily buy alrt, if it was my company after throwing $20 mil away for decades, I would ask the man where to sign
I got in abwn also, those commercials on TV seemed legit, I luckily sold and made a couple hundred bucks.
At least alrt doesn't waste money on commercials haha
Stock price now at 2.1¢. Oh boy. Like you, I started the penny trading about the same time, back in 2015. Did a lot of day-trading pot stocks and did ok. When that started winding down in 2016 or so, I went into other pennies, like ABWN. Got my ass handed to me on that pump and dump, and before I could get rid of it, it had sunk all the way to $0/001. I put way too much into that company.
Getting that sinking feeling with ALRT. A slower drip, but a drip none the less. No volume traded except on the way down. No pumps, no volume. Not saying this is an Airborne Wireless, but still feel like a bag holder.
I want to hear this, when I first started my penny journey 7years ago I was always optimistic about news/hype/etc. after the years I have become more of a realist.
If alrt was so great covertus or other major players would offer to buy us. Wouldn't be hard to hire the 5 people at alrt and have them run/work in there new division.
Drip drip drip..... down to trips. Talk about dead money invested with this company. I know that NOBODY wants to hear this, especially from me. But come on. Every month, every quarter, every year the same old "hype" and yet here we are. With a share price at 2.45¢ and still no return. Ugh.
Looks like it's for people who don't use insulin where alrt has patented insulin dosing guidelines
I too was glad to hear we are still working with Covetrus.
It sounds like we have the right product, manufacturer, and distributor plus an enormous amount of demand for the product. After we get the supply chain issues resolved, we should be selling as much product as we can produce and quickly become cash flow positive. The delays have been frustrating but I think everything is coming together. Only time will tell…
Thank you for reaching out to them and sharing the information. Glad they are still working with covetrus. Looking forward to the next pr. Thanks again...
I sent an email to Investor Relations yesterday and I’m sharing their response.
My Questions:
I was checking out the timeline on the company website and it looks like some things got pushed back a quarter. Is there any reason for concern or typical stumbling blocks and production delays?
Also, when can we expect sales information on Canada product launch?
Joe’s Response:
We will be issuing a news release soon to bring investors up to speed on what has, is, and will be occurring. But long story short, as mentioned in previous news releases, during our soft launch in 2023 we ran into complications with the manufacturer so we pulled the product from the market. We had planned to use them until our long term CGM that would also be used for human health was ready for market but due to manufacturing issues regarding yield and capacity combined with the difficulty and expense of using a two piece CGM design we decided to switch to another company as a temporary solution so we could get the product back on the market in early Q3 2023. After many delays and missed deadlines the temporary supplier offered us an interim model to use but we were not satisfied with it and ultimately could not come to an agreement on the original model they offered us or the next generation model they were developing. Because these trials and negotiations took so long we were able to forego the use of any temporary CGM hardware and move forward with our long term model that we are currently using.
The CGM hardware is being manufactured by one of the biggest and most well-known high-tech manufacturers in the world, but we have run into various delays over the past few months because of supply chain issues with materials needed and from adjustments to the hardware, software, and manufacturing line. Whether you’re making 10 or 10,000 units It takes a month to manufacture a batch of CGMs on a production line, a week to ship, and two weeks to test so you can see how the time adds up quickly.
The demand for the GluCurve Pet CGM is staggering, we had over 750 clinics come by our booth at WVC in two and a half days and all of them were interested in ordering. I hope shareholders appreciate that the alternative to a CGM is a glucose curve which most doctors we talked to at WVC flat out will not do and don’t offer because of the expense, unreliable data, and shot duration of readings. While using the human CGM Libre 2 is a big improvement over glucose curves, it is extremely problematic for a number of reasons and veterinarians are truly desperate for a solution that is designed for them which we are offering.
We should start filling Canadian orders in the coming months and then we will be relaunching in the US through Covetrus, EU through Covetrus, and in various other parts of the world direct to market or through local distributors. Lastly, I want to reiterate that neither I, nor others in the company have ever been as excited for the future prospects of ALRT and are working diligently to achieve success for shareholders. As you may know, company insiders are the biggest shareholders so your success and our success are one and the same thing.

thanks john glenn, i appreciate your effort :)
glty!
On stocktwits the three previous events and objectives pages from the investor deck are posted. Makes it easy to see how things have gotten pushed back.
The show in Vegas ended yesterday if memory serves me correctly. They did not attend the FL show (which I believe they originally planned to attend). Covetrus does not list the product. Is that because the product is not available at this time or is the partnership over? They did mention new partnerships. Maybe covetrus will relist once US relaunch is ready.
Hopefully delays can all be attributed to manufacturing issues that will get resolved. I think an explanation and general updated is not asking too much. Hopefully they had a good show, might fire off a couple of questions to investor relations early next week. They are good about responding. If anybody else hears from investor relations please post the response. Thanks.
