401K

Hello, I recently left a job for a new one. The old job had a supposedly generous 401k matching program with 10 percent matched. I put this in to my 401k for 2 years. This definitely amounted to a large part of my financial plan.

I was there long enough per company policy where I should have at least have the majority of the companies contributions remaining.

Anyway recently I realized that they had taken all of there contributions out of my 401k.

This is counterintuitive to what they told me and gave me in writing.

What should I do to address this? Any advice is welcome.

Also this company has had fraud committed against employees in the recent past, which resulted in convictions.
