Oh, I move my bid around between .0003 to .003 every few weeks. But I’ve accumulated plenty of cheap shares now that I don’t need to buy higher. The way the OTC is now, it’ll be hard enough to sell what I have without straight up dumping to the bid anyway. Have any of you actually traded these old things that come out of Expert? Unless it was a “cult classic” in the 2020-2021 bull run, they get maybe $50-$100k dollar volume for two days and then volume dies again. So if we’re all going to be fighting for the same exit, I’ve got plenty.

Yeah I’ve got a ton of PSPW shares held @ETRADE also, among a valuable portfolio of listed stocks.
I believe Etrade is extremely naked on PSPW. If/when they steal PSPW shares I’ll file against that.

Hi David… my shares are held in etrade… at the moment they are still present… any advice to keep it that way… I have been holding since 2011 I would hate to lose them now if this wakes up!!!

The same risks still apply as they did when it went to Expert in 2021 - if no shares are traded for 12 months, FINRA deletes the symbol for inactivity. It can be reinstated, but the company would have to show they are still an active company first.

As far as the “30 days no trades” thing, that was an etrade policy that would liquidate holders of securities in Expert if there wasn’t any trading activity for 30 days. But most of the OTC has basically been dead with no volume for so long now that anyone who had this stock in an etrade account probably already got liquidated.

The other potential risk, although very minimal, is if the SEC changes course and decides they can revoke voluntary filers for delinquency. So far in 3 years, they’ve only gone after the true delinquent reporting companies and not “333” voluntary reporters.

Let me add that perhaps Falak is using this shell for there purposes and not the shareholders. Dumping losses for tax purposes? Am not to savy in those regards but have my suspicions. When you say working on files, if thats the case, maybe for there benefit and not ours. In any case i agree, closure is welcomed though i think thats pretty much what we have

It's a lottery play. I for one was following the Billionaire's and looking forward to Falak working the PSPW shell. It seems they have failed and made many mistakes along the way. I now feel they thru PSPW under the bus and in the back of the pile of projects. It happens a lot in business . Who knows what this year will bring but you are correct with no proof of a reverse merger. All I do know is they have been working on files for the last two years that makes no sense in the timeline. All I want is closure whether we win or not. I'll hang out until year end and write off my losses going into 2025. It's been a great year in the Market with many having strong gains. No one likes to pay taxes on realized gains so PSPW will help that problem. Have a great weekend.

Wolfgang was in the hospital. He had Sepsis and a near death experience. Dont know if he made it or not. I personally believe they will do it. The audits are not completed yet. Sadly. I pray for Mr. Heinl and every one here should too. His 80th birthday was Sunday.

At somepoint the filings will get filed. That's all I can say because predictions are all wrong.

You have gotten closure. We are in the grey sheets. Falak is not moving rhis company forward. Would you people like him to write you a personal letter? His actions or lack of tell all. Am not happy about this, i to own shares.
He never ever stated or talked about a possible reverse merger. As far as i am concerned a complete fabrication by some here.
I thought the only chance we had was if Falak moved on and someone else came in with the intent to move this company forward.

It's okay to take a risk when you go to Stock market.
Only 3PowerEnergyGroup was bought by millionaires in the UAE, so you would expect them to be able to run and build a renewable energy company. Especially at a time when this is very important, even over 10 years ago. But they didn't manage to do that; they ran the company down. They had no idea about the technology that this company was supposed to advance - photovoltaics, wind energy, hydroelectric power plants.... This turned a good company into a penny stock, actually nothing. So you can't know that millionaires will ruin a company. But as I said, they didn't even have a clue how to use their millions so that the company would make sales and therefore profit. Our mistake was always hoping they would make it instead of getting out early.
Of course now there is nothing left but to hope that they are able to build a good company. Let's see whether we as shareholders of PSPW benefit from this. The other question is how many weeks, months, years...
