Reverse Merger coming next couple of weeks. Go, PSPW !!!
Nice that means construction must start this year.
I think it will be in that way...
Hours, days, weeks ago .
Looking forward to see filings and super 8-Ks next couple of weeks. Time to drop the bomb, Mr. Falak. Go, Go, Go, PSPW !!!
Thought he had inside track
I know Falaknaz was always wanting to buy energy projects in Albania.
Some have been biding to sell concession?
Albania will limit final approvals of renewable energy projects to one year
12 January, 2024
Final approvals for renewable electricity projects in Albania will expire after 12 months to discourage investors from buying and selling them, according to the Ministry of Energy Infrastructure. It is preparing to launch the public call for a 300MW solar power auction next week, while an energy storage auction may also be in the works, according to the annual presentation. State-owned energy company KESH unveiled a pumped storage hydropower project along with 76 MW of solar power capacity. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Balluku called on private investors to take their energy projects very seriously. All approvals, both final and preliminary, will have expiration dates, she warned at an annual conference.
Investors in energy are welcome and necessary, she emphasized and asserted that the process is very simple in terms of requirements such as location and technical study. Albania does not want permits and documentation to be bought and sold, Balluku asserted. "The final approval will last only 12 months before the start of construction, so as not to keep it in your pocket for three years and sell it to each other," explained the deputy prime minister.
Approvals issued for 896 MW in solar power capacity, 86 MW for wind power
There are 64 solar energy projects with final approvals outside the subsidy mechanisms, with a total capacity of 603 MW, Balluku revealed. That compares with just 13 final approvals for 37 MW in wind power. Preliminary consent, which in 99% of cases leads to final approval, has been granted for 16 photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 293 MW and nine in the wind segment, for 49 MW, Balluku said. In total, the planned capacities are 896 MW and 86 MW, respectively. This compares with 49 solar applications totaling 1.9 GW and 26 of 2.05 GW for wind, which are in the pipeline. There are still no wind turbines in operation in Albania.
The ministry scheduled the launch of the public call for a 300 MW solar power auction for January 15. The pre-qualification deadline is set for April 29, after which technical bids will be evaluated until May 24. Participants will have until July 7 to submit their bids, which must be opened three days later. In addition, a reference to a plan for an energy storage auction appeared among slides in the ministry's presentation, but officials did not address the topic.
Photovoltaics other than agrosolar are only allowed on lower grade land
Turning to the concept of agrivoltaic, also known as agrosolar, Balluku said that investors can combine agricultural production with solar power plants on land in categories 7 and 8. Other solar power plants are only allowed on land with lower grades – 9 and 10, she added. "Albania is a small country, where land is really one of the most precious assets we have," she said, but also added that a balance must be found with energy needs.
KESH will turn the Fierza hydropower plant into a storage system with pumps
The state energy unit KESH is planning to install a pumped storage system for the future surplus in solar and wind energy production, announced its administrator Ergys Verdho. At the end of 2025, the company will have 76 MW of photovoltaics in operation, he estimated. It therefore aims to create a system that would pump water from the Koman hydropower plant upstream to the Fierza hydropower plant, explained Verdho, quoted by SCAN TV. He highlighted the fact that the Koman reservoir is small, arguing that the upgrade would increase efficiency at times of the strongest flows.
Statkraft is also developing a pumped storage hydropower project in Albania. It is worth noting that the operator of the transmission system OST broke ground at the end of December in the first electricity interconnection project with North Macedonia.

my voice in the darkness.
Ive heard in early december "next few weeks"...
Thanks, Something has to break open soon. I know they are working behind the scenes to get all Filings up to date. Once we have that, we should have a direction. I am not sure where we are headed as long as it's positive. Happy New Year!
LOL!!!....Hopefully the party will be underway in the next three months..... GLTU.
we're in the waiting game.. it's coming soon.. we just need to know the structure and terms of the merger.. first quarter imo 😀
Thanks Joe. I really thought something had happened - I’ve never seen such a long silence on this board. Wishing you all a healthy and happy new year!
We are all here waiting patiently . We need Falak to make a move and I am hoping latest end of 1st quarter.
Where did everyone go? Was there a party I wasn‘t invited to?

Hours, days or a few weeks from now... Im sure.
Definitely an unprecedented year! One way or the other I believe PSPW will be off life-support sometime by the end of 2024!
Here comes our 2024 ! Just can't wait to see our big winning jackpot. Come on, Mr.Falak, drop that bomb this month !!!
Talking parrot....
Nah my talking partot says 2 weeks forever. Now watch it might just hit one day. The elections nobody cares about anymore as America is a big mess and broke. Soon we will be cutting back on defense i bet and socialized programs for all the 33 trillion they blew most of it in what 15 years. In a decade what 50 or 60 trillion. The house of cards will fall.
Its two bad candidate's and im not voting this year. The dominoes will eventually fall at some point. Glta!
very true and I also agree we will see a roller coaster in the market this year. I cant see Falak dragging this out much longer but you could be correct. I have been wrong on my speculation for 12 years. someday we will see light.
I tend to agree except for the fact that PSPW is publicly traded in the US.
I don't see any reason our U.S. election has any bearing on Falak moving forward outside of the United States. Audits are being completed and they are working behind the scenes. time will tell but hope to see movement for the first quarter.
I’d welcome PSPW positive development news but I’m thinking we won’t see anything until after the 2024 US election. The US markets will likely tank before then and I wonder how the timing of announcements will affect the outcome for 3 Power Energy/PSPW amidst the mkt downturn. Hopefully we become a contrarian stock that soars when most are slugs.
We need some Filings Mr. Falaknaz! happy New Year .
Happy New Year to all longs!!
I have my prayer mat facing 'east' twenty four hours a day. Best wishes to all for a very profitable first quarter......
I need a blessing from Allah through falak.
Ditto and looking forward to Filings!
Happy New Year everybody ! May god bless us loyal longs a healthy and prosperous 2024 ! Hope Falak will give us a big surprise next month. Go, PSPW !!!
Great work Topfuel.

There is not yet more than a drawing of the Morand hypercar. The design was created by a Korean woman.
This unique hypercar is the result of close collaboration between two passionate personalities. Both are proven experts in the fields of automotive, sports and technology: Benoît Morand and Eric Boullier.
This partnership, together with the family heritage of the Morand racing family, has enabled the development of this exclusive and sustainable car. The development, production and administrative offices are located in Vuadens FR, less than ten kilometers from Louis Morand's historic creative site.
This sustainable vehicle combines the technologies of Formula 1 and Le Mans. It combines state-of-the-art technology with Swiss quality standards and appears in a limited, exclusive edition in two models: Plug-in Hybrid and Full Electric.
Between heritage and the latest technology
In 1958, Louis Morand, father of Benoît Morand, founded an engine development company and quickly became a recognized force in motorsport. The Morand brand won titles in Europe, Tasmania and the USA.
More than sixty years after its creation, Benoît Morand - developer of the first hybrid car to compete in a Le Mans series - is now reworking the heritage brand to design and market a high-performance hypercar. Working with Éric Boullier, his 21 years of experience in motorsport and his nine years at the helm of prestigious teams such as McLaren F1 and Lotus F1, he secures invaluable engineering and management experience.
Korean designer
Energy management is a key aspect in the development of the hypercar. The brand relies on technologies from Formula 1 (MGU-K) and WEC (two engines on the front wheels) for energy recovery during braking.
The Hypercar was created by Korean designer Soojin Hong. Her talent, combined with high-precision and efficient Swiss technology and materials, has created a high-performance car with a design that combines aerodynamics and robustness.
Benoît Morand and his wife Gladys are now no longer fielding a racing team at Le Mans, but are putting their experience into the development and marketing of their own hypercar (photo: Peter Wyss).
From the region for the whole world
With a power output of more than 1000 hp, environmental impact as well as robustness play a central role in the development of the hypercar. Benoît Morand and Eric Boullier are working with partners from western Switzerland and suppliers from the Fribourg region.
The natural flax fibers for the car body were developed by a Freiburg-based company. They ensure a significant weight reduction of the car body while reducing the ecological footprint in production by a whopping 75% (water and energy consumption as well as CO2-footprint).
A V8 turbo or V10 naturally aspirated engine is to be used under the hood. Fully electric, the Morand hypercar is to produce around 2000 hp.
The batteries, capacitors and hybrid storage were also developed by a local company and in turn contribute to the drastic weight reduction without compromising peak performance.
