Agree, best in the business management team and and excellent pipeline. So undervalued at the moment.
Now 85% shorted. Lots of potential catalyst. Good management. Low float. Has potential to be a real ripper with volume.
Back to trading. Picked some of this up. Too undervalued and short interest is too high to not scream IMO
Thank you...gotta take the profit when it appears...can always buy back in at anytime...imo...

Newbie here. Might but warrants. ANTFw?
Are these warrants and are they worth buying ?
Wow no posts for the entire day.
$ATNF ... Reason to Buy Today ..
currently $6.75 (2 Day PT: $11... 1-2Mo PT: $20
Cup Pattern: ppl are slowly becoming aware of the company and incredible team & pipeline... and the Price has risen to $6.75 (from initial Drop... see below). It now appears likely to complete the run up back to $11 to complete a Cup pattern by End of week (due to no resistance over $7 bc of initial drop). And due to the Cup Depth of $9 ... the rebound from the subsequent handle has a Price Target of $20 (next 1-2 months).
At $20 the Market Cap would only be around $400M .. which is likely an accurate current valuation. (Approval of the $7B Phase 3 Drug by EOY would take the share price at very least above $80). So today is the best timing to get in below $7... and likely take advantage of both the run up to $11 then $20. And be able to hold for bigger potential returns longer term.
Background/ DD:
180 Life Sciences (ATNF) is a $125M biotech. Vanguard acquired over 11% stake last week for 2 of its funds. $7B Anti-TNF Drug will get Phase 3 results later in the year (Highly likely approval). Strong Pipeline. The management Team will literally blow you away....they own over 55% of shares which are locked for 12 months & they are talking no salaries. Also, Anti-TNF Platform trials are fully grant-funded through completion % no offerings for at least 3 years. Stock is about to form a Cup pattern (Cup/Handle).
Management: ATNF management team is as good as any Large Cap: 2 of the co-founders discovered Anti-TNF Biologics & successfully completed trials phases & approval for the 1st approved Drug in the class- Remicade, which JNJ bought for over $5B. (This class is now the top-selling class of Drugs in the world... ie Remicade, Humira, Enbrel- these 3 alone sold $35B in the US in 2020). Marc Feldmann won a Lasker award (only 2nd to Nobel) for the discovery. Anti-TNF is 1 of their 3 platforms. Another Co-Founder discovered the body's endocannabinoid system & will likely be a 2021 Nobel nominee for formulating synthetic CBD analogs (which is the 2nd of ATNF's platforms). Additionally, the team collectively have sold Drugs or Companies to JNJ, Amgen, Biogen, and Bristol Myers.. each transaction was over $4B. Team also includes Prior President of Roche Bio, Chair of Clinical research prof at Standford & another with the same title at Oxford. (You can find full bios on 180LifeSciences.com).
Initial drop: (why so undervalued currently) The company formed via the merger of 3 small biotech through a SPAC that went public 3 months ago. Due to a long clucky SPAC process, with horrible marketing (everyone thought this was a "european pot stock" bc the company being acquired was listed as CannaRX Bio- b/c that happen to be the 1 used for paperwork name. Combined this with an offering that included Rights & Warrants, and the multiple extensions- the price of Right & Warrant remained very low & on merge day, when Right converted- the Share Price dropped below $3. This had nothing to do with the fundamental of the company- but rather an awful SPAC process (the SPAC manager is no longer associated with the company and sold most of her shares past several months (prob to avoid a lawsuit).
$ATNF .. Big Short Squeeze opportunity right now!!!!
1 Trader is single-handedly manipulating the Price from $7.50 - $6.75 so far this morning... with one 2K block. Tiny Float. Is clearly heading to $11 when the SS manipulation is gone. (Level 2 charts posted on ATNF Stock Twits page). The SS is about over their skis- help teach a quick lesson!
(180 Life Sciences is a steller company also... 2 Nobel Level Co-founders on the team. Currently only $150M market cap)
$ATNF is breaking out (Week PT: $11... 2 month PT: $20) ... $125M Market Cap. Best Management team in Biotech. Strong Pipeline. Take a minute to check out their Management team bios and track records. Among others they discovered and lead 1st successful trial for Anti-TNF Biologics, which they sold for $5B to JNJ (ie Remicade, Humira, Embrel... which had $35B in US sales in 2020). Another Founder Raphael Mecheloum discovered the body's endocannabinoid system- which is one of the ATNF platforms as well (synthetic CBC Analogs.. which he is likely to be nominated for a 2021 Nobel Prize for discovering).. many other accolades in their bios.
Its about to return to $11 to finish its Cup pattern (which originally fell from $11 to $7s in 2 days)..and then hopefully the bounce from the handle will take it to $20 (based on a $9 Cup depth). an accurate current valuation is actually at $20. The the $7B addressable market (very likely successful) Anti-TNF Dupuytren phase 3 trial results later in year... would take it to whatever 3x peak 1 year sales,,, you do the math. (Currently, market cap is around $125M).
Super Under the radar- Best Team in Biotech. Breaking out- take a min to look at team, chart, and pipeline
Current & Future Valuation: From Stocktwits:
"I was looking at a few articles regarding how to put a valuation on clinical-stage biotech- the takeaway points would indicate that ATNF will have a current valuation much larger than $100M when we get the 1st analyst coverage.
One takeaway is a rule of thumb valuation for an approved drug is 3 times peak 1-year sales... then that number is discounted by different % s depending on the current trial stage (which determines the likelihood of eventual approval. (So even drugs that make it through pre-clinical trial into phase 1 trials are assigned often something like 10% of peak 1-year sales.
But the Dupuytren drug should be at least 60-75% based on all of the specific factors... which would rise to 100% once approved. Not sure what peak one-year sales are likely to be on a $5-7 Billion total addressable market... but any modest est put market cap much much higher than $100M for what the current market cap should be.
For example, assigning a $750M peak 1-year sales (which is prob extremely low)... then discounted to take 60% of that amount for the current trial stage (against very low Est)... comes out to $450,000. Then $450M x 3 = $1.3Billion.
So assuming $750M is a realistic peak of 1-year sales for a $5-7Billion total addressable market... this valuation formula would indicate the current market cap should be over $1 Billion, just for Dupuytren. (I guess we will see once the 1St analyst price targets come out ... hopefully any day now).
If this is anywhere in the ballpark of being applied correctly.. it would indicate current valuation should be 13x current levels? Or if looking at future valuation ... over $100 price target if Dupuytren drug is approved (based on a guess of $750M being the peak one year sales).
Love this bio setup. World class management team. Nice pipeline with a new pre-trial this year, 2 phase two trials starting and phase 2b/3 results this year. First two trials are grant funded and the third is expected to be as well. Management owns 50% of the company and are not taking salaries so very low cash burn. Looking for good things this year from 180LS.
I’m with you being long on this one. Sitting on a nice gain now but looking for more on a sell off.
I'm long ...Could go parabolic
Who knows when this grows daddy long legs... this company is on to something. I love the convergence of THC/CBD and Biotech AND brilliant proven leadership.
Parabolic soon
Love this stock.
Looking really good.
See if we can get this to REALLY SQUEEZE.
Looking great.
Looks good, I'm in
ATNF Due Diligence -Big Opportunity here
Currently under $80 Million Market Cap, low Float, Management very invested and owns 50-60% of shares, Best Management Team around with proven track records, Huge Pipeline Potential
---------------------
$ATNF (180 Life Sciences) had a prolonged and rocky SPAC process, which caused the price to drop a lot on merge day in Nov. Partly due to stocks rights and partially due to it being misunderstood to be a European Pot Stock (b/c 1 of the 3 companies that formed the current on, was based in Europe and developing synthetic CBD candidate to target arthritis via Anti-TNF properties... discovered by one of the Co-Founders Professor Raphael Mechoulam- a likely 2021 Nobel Prize nominee).
But now that phase is in the rearview mirror and the stock's chart is showing a breakout- and the company is now fully controlled and lead by an insanely accomplished team- I challenge anyone to identify a small-cap team with better expertise or track records).... just read their bios below:

--------------------------------
In addition to the strong Anti-TNF platform (Dupuytren, Shoulder Fibrosis, NASH, etc, etc) & the CBD derivative platform (Arthritis & other inflammatory diseases)...
the nicotinic antagonist platform- initially targeting “smoking cessation induced Ulcerative Colitis” is a much larger addressable market than it sounds- considering its estimated this class accounts for up to 30% of UC cases. Also this drug would have competitive advantage of being taken orally (vs biologic shots) with no associated risks.

Starting to pick up some steam! Word is still just getting out. Looking for good things from 180 through the end of the year.
I agree, 60% shares locked up, lower float and I consider it very undiscovered so far. They have stated no offerings for at least 3 years as their two current trials are grant funded and they expect the next to be as well. They have only been public since 9 Nov. Once they get more PR’s out, with their pipeline and outstanding management they will move on up. Management not taking salaries and are using value of the stock to compensate them down the road. Just liking what I see. I like your average BTW, I’m higher but not worried in long term.
Looks good, been holding over a month and added 1000 more today.
11,000 at 2.43 average.
This can move super fast.
Starting to pick up today. Presentation next week.
