I think MONA will go down past .003 IMO, but I cannot advise you what to do. If support at .003 breaks I'd be considering a sell. But support is holding right now.

I am trying to get released earlier and hope to participate soon. APT is the real deal and I have no thoughts about selling a share... It's the opposite for me... Especially at these levels it's a no brainier IMO.

So Here is My Take: Ironridge Global Partners, LLC is being paid off by APT immediately and moving away from them once and for all. Ironridge Global Partners, LLC was provided 202,937,000, which need to account for $2,377,000, plus a 7% third party agent fee and attorney fees, divided by 80% of the closing price of the issuer’s common stock on the date of the order, not to exceed the arithmetic average of the volume weighted average prices of any five trading days during a period equal to that number of consecutive trading days.
This means 5 days of Hell for FROZ to meet the deadline. It is my understanding, if these measures are not met within the 5-days that Ironridge Global Partners, LLC would be entitled to an additional 232,603,000 bring their total to 435,000,000. This would cause them to be 10% owners. I expect this to be nearly done.

What's done is done and it had to take place for the better. Yes, many are in the red, some sold on fear and took loses, etc. Whatever each person's situation is.... there is something positive or negative attached to it based on what has happened here. But, if we expect the financials to be as good as we believe - this was necessary; especially if the time-tables are going to happen quicker than expected. WE ALL need to manage our investment and risk tolerance. Do our DD and either exit or stay in. The negative comments from longs or those who are in the red were our individual decisions to stay-in, ride this out, or know what is coming and decided to see what happens.... But we should not be defaming APT and calling it a scam, etc. The front door is always open... and goes both ways...
The fact is this dilution is to rid of Ironridge Global Partners, LLC and remove any stake in the company, which is at 5%. I am sure there are many longs who had millions of shares - to be honest, hopefully they are long gone and can't block us on the way up. As bad as these 5-days have been.... People need to really understand the major impact if not resolved with shiftiness they could impose on the financials and other developments headed our way. The last thing we need here are the financials to carry tons of burdens, so IV will be off the table soon. APT is as real as it gets! That is NOT a PUMP... They are working this like a BIG BOARD in so many ways.
The board is filled with speculation and "what if" scenarios.... personally I'd rather just deal with what we know and leave the speculation outside. We can deal with items as they present themselves, but worrying about things can cloud the ability to make sensible and logical decisions - along with imposing too much emotional interference.
APT has advised a PR is being addressed to shareholders. There is no definitive date or the contents contained within the PR; however, I'd probably expect it tomorrow (just a thought).

But just try to navigate the maze that is the federal job search process. It can feel as bureaucratic and cumbersome as the government itself.
I asked Kathryn Troutman, president of The Resume Place in Baltimore, for her top five strategies to be a successful candidate. Troutman, an author of several career books, including Ten Steps to a Federal Job, offers workshops for job seekers in writing federal resumes in the Baltimore region.
•Say good-bye to your private sector resume. The federal resume is a completely different animal, Troutman says.
A federal resume is usually four pages long, compared with a typical one- to two-page one. While most job seekers are trained to keep descriptions short, Troutman says a federal resume must be detailed about your duties, experience and accomplishments.
It's important that descriptions about your skills and accomplishments include keywords from the job or vacancy announcement.
Also pay attention to "one year specialized experience" that appears often in federal job postings. Make sure you show that you meet those criteria to even qualify for the job.
For instance, Troutman helped a former sous-chef find a job as a Federal Emergency Management Agency program analyst. The job called for one year of experience in such areas as conducting analysis, comparing existing programs and organizing budgets.
Instead of focusing his resume on food, Troutman helped the candidate focus his selling points by emphasizing skills in analyzing costs of food, inventory and supply management, and organizing events under pressure situations.
•Get familiar with www.usajobs.gov, the main source to find federal job postings.
Troutman says the Web site recently added a new search feature that allows candidates to browse open jobs by agency, location and job title.
"This is so much more engaging than what they had before. I could see in one second how many jobs are open in the accounting occupation, education and by state," she says.
•Make sure you understand the vacancy announcement.
Troutman says the announcements can feel intimidating because they are written in jargon and bureaucratic language. For instance, a job posting for an administrative officer is another way to say office manager.
Spend some time analyzing the duties, qualifications and knowledge, skills and abilities sections of the announcement so that you can present the best case for yourself, Troutman says.
•A resume is the first part of the process; don't forget the "Knowledge, Skills and Abilities" narratives.
The narratives will ask candidates to write about their experience and provide examples that demonstrate they have the knowledge, skills and abilities the agency is looking for. You will be graded and compared with other candidates, Troutman says.
A resume minimally qualifies a person for the job, while the narratives "will prove that you're the best-qualified," she says.
•Follow directions. Each federal agency could have different instructions on how to apply for jobs. Make sure you read them carefully and do exactly as requested, Troutman says.
