Just got this e-mail.
Greetings Main Street Trader,
Tonight I'm revealing a ticker that is capable of showing us some of the highest gains we've ever seen!
Animal health is not some tiny inconsequential health care niche.
Keeping pets and farm animals healthy is BIG BUSINESS.
The global animal health care market is a $100 Billion industry.
Within that overall animal health care industry, the market for animal medicines and vaccines alone is estimated at over $20 Billion globally.
It is that medicine and vaccine market that Global Green Inc. (GOGC) operates in.
GOGC could easily be the OTC market's major pure play on animal health care; with a CHART so quiet all you have to do is blow on it! --read on your gunna love this!!
==========================
PERFECT PENNY STOCK: GOGC
Name: Global Green Inc.
Last: $0.0327 cents
==========================
Global Green, Inc. (GOCO) is a green bio-pharmaceutical company committed to identifying technology platforms and commercializing vaccines and the latest headlines have them focused on their patented Salmogenics vaccine technology. Read More
GOGC understands the devastating effects of diseases in both animals and humans.
With Salmogenics as an approved vaccine for in ovo (injected into the egg before the egg is hatched) vaccination in poultry, poultry growers could produce not only a healthier chicken, but a healthier source of protein with a significant reduction of Salmonella bacteria.
Currently, GOGC just extented Merial's existing licensing for the option to manufacture, distribution, and sale of the vaccine.
Merial is a world-leading, innovation-driven animal health company, providing a comprehensive range of products to enhance the health, well-being and performance of a wide range of animals.
Merial employs approximately 6,200 people and operates in more than 150 countries worldwide with close to €2 billion of sales in 2013. Merial is a Sanofi company.
Let's look at the data! -it is projected that the Earth's population will grow to 9.15 billion people by 2050.
That's a lot of hungry mouths to feed.
Most of that population growth will occur in the emerging countries, where diets are becoming more and more westernized. And by westernized, I mean more protein (milk, cheese, beef, pork, chicken, lamb, fish, and eggs).
By now we should be starting to see why GOGC is so well positioned to address this growing demand!
About 60% of all human pathogens are Zoonotic -- diseases transmitted from one species to another (animal to human, in this case). Zoonotic diseases include viruses like avian flu, swine flu, mad cow disease, and others.
Whether it is directly or indirectly through the food we eat, we are in constant contact with animals of all types and making sure animals are healthy ensures that we humans stay healthy.
There are many in the scientific and medical communities who fear that the next major global outbreak could be a Zoonotic.
That concern is likely to present animal health care companies like GOGC with substantial opportunities in the future, being one of the few entities able to address this potentially very scary issue.
Here are more reasons why I like GOGC soo much!
Unlike human drugs, where you need and endless supply of money and time for costly trials to receive approval, the requirements for animal drug approval is much easier.
And unlike human pharmaceutical companies, expiring drug patents are not that big a deal for the animal health care industry.
That is because there are not as many companies itching to become makers of animal medications because with no Billion Dollar a year animal health care drug ever coming off patent, there is no obvious lure to catch the attention of any would-be competitors.
Instead of a few multibillion-dollar blockbuster drugs driving sales, animal health care companies have hundreds of smaller drugs each contributing a small percentage of a company's total sales.
And most animal health care customers (both pet and livestock) do not have animal health insurance.
If we're still not convinced, consider the costs of animal medications; which are paid 100% upfront and out of pocket, with no animal health insurance companies to tell veterinarians to prescribe the cheaper generic alternative.
And since customers are responsible for all of the costs, customers develop a strong loyalty for a specific brand name they trust (much more so than in human prescription meds).
Would you as a pet owner rather trust your dog's health to Sanofi's top selling Frontline flea and tick treatment or to some generic brand you've never heard of?
I know how most of us feel about our pets; I think we all know the answer to that question...
GOGC; Play it on the swings or play it over the longer haul!
Either way, seize the moment because according to the chart we're one of the first to find it.
The bottom line is we're looking at the "PERFECT PENNY STOCK" --just remember you heard it here first!
I'll see you before the bell with an update, good night!

Nobody following but you...has been dead money for over a year.
GOGC is vacant....at least 2820 Remington is
Count listen...........................ssshhhhhh.......hear that...............no hype..............pps is falling......don't create Deadwood........message me any recent updates if you would......Thanks
Anybody following GOGC? 2 employees? Plans to plan a factory? 2820 Remington up for lease? Latest filings show immense risk........33M market cap? Share structure? 3B a/s? Latest stage????????????? What happened to the test to determine if Merck was interested?....No volume and holding.....? Nice website! Makes think they're worth a billion bucks
Investors here sure showed how disgusted they are with that news. Holding long time now and even I have to say it is getting monotonous.
NITE and VNDM up to their usual antics.
ANOTHER round of pump and dump coming?
Unbelievable! Big news on this stock from the FDA and as of 10:15 am NO TRADES! Word is either not getting out widely enough or nobody realizes the huge potential of Salmogenics! This is on the forefront of the poultry industry, antibiotics are going the way of the dodo. I do NOT like to speculate on stock price, but I would never have held this stock this long with NO WEEKLY MOVEMENT if I did not believe it would be huge.
The only other answer I can see here is that GOGC has done zero pumping and promotion. I have done plenty of DD on this company, more than I have on any other stock I hold and I will say the product speaks for itself, but in the stock world you do need some promotion to get the ball rolling.
I did not receive this news on alerts until late yesterday afternoon. This morning should produce some volume. For those of us who have been holding long here comes the payoff! GOGC!
Global Green Inc.’s Salmonella Vaccine Meets FDA Food Policy of Phasing Out Antibiotics on Farms
Global Green, Inc. (OTCBB:GOGC), a green bio-pharmaceutical company, today announced that in a major shift of national food policy, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is phasing out the non-medical use of antibiotics on farm animals in an effort to combat growing human resistance to the crucial drugs. Antibiotic-resistant superbugs are on the rise as overuse of antibiotics raises the risk of microbes evolving resistance and eventually spreading to humans.
The plan, announced December 11, is intended to limit the use of antibiotics to treat sick animals, and the elimination of drugs to promote faster growth. "It is important to use these drugs only when medically necessary," the FDA said on its website. They are asking companies that produce drugs for animals to voluntarily change their labels, no longer advertising improved growth and feed efficiency from antibacterial drugs.
Salmogenics™, Global Green’s patented Salmonella vaccine for poultry, meets the FDA’s policy of phasing out antibiotics on farms. Antibiotics are frequently used on farm animals to promote growth. Studies showed that Salmogenics helped chickens increase in weight without the use of any antibiotics. The Salmogenics vaccine is injected into the egg, before the chick is hatched, improving the immune system, health and welfare of the chicken from the first day of age, cost-effectively providing a healthier source of protein for humans.
Dr. Mehran Ghazvini, DC, NMD, Chairman and CEO stated, “Poultry growers are diligently working with the FDA. We recognize their commitment and their efforts to produce healthy protein sources for consumers.”
“One of the reasons antibiotics are overused is due to the benefit of the chicken gaining weight. In our studies, we showed Salmogenics can help chickens gain .126 pounds more weight per chicken which is equal to 5 billion 40 million more pounds of chicken worldwide. I believe we have the solution to this problem to help growers meet the FDA requirements to use the antibiotics just to defend against the disease,” Dr. Ghazvini concluded.
The European Food Safety Authority announced that antibiotics have been widely used in animal production for decades worldwide. The Commission decided to phase out, and ultimately ban in 2006 the marketing and use of antibiotics as growth promoters in feed. This decision was based on opinions from the Scientific Steering Committee, which recommended the progressive phasing out of antibiotics used for growth stimulation, while still preserving animal health.
CNN reported that farms consume about 80% of the nation's antibiotics supply. About 29.9 million pounds of antibiotics were sold in 2011 for meat and poultry production, compared to 7.7 million pounds sold for human use, according to the Pew Charitable Trusts.
Preferring a voluntary approach, the FDA wants to hear from companies within three months about their plans to change labels and will give them three years to put them in place.

Still no word on the FDA approval. I suspect Dr. Ghazvini must feel confident it will be approved, or else GOGC would not even begin to pursue the funds to build a facility. Merial Ltd. is currently testing the Salmogenics vaccine and if their testing is satisfactory, and if FDA approval goes through, they will develop the vaccine under a license as well. I must not be the only one who believes GOGC is going to be huge, or the stock would be @ .0001. I strongly believe in this product and I think GOGC is still one of the best kept secrets in pennies, but I really can't blame small investors who stay away based on not just the day to day but low to zero monthly activity. Global Green, Inc. to Proceed with Plans to Construct a Manufacturing Facility
11:31 AM ET 11/6/13 | BusinessWire
Global Green, Inc. (OTCBB:GOGC), a green bio-pharmaceutical company, today announced that it has made a tactical decision to proceed with the design and development of plans to construct a manufacturing facility for the production of its Salmogenics Vaccine.
The facility would enable the company to ramp up its production with more ease, rather than to wait for manufacturing slots in the existing pharmaceutical industry, for its vaccine production. The facility would initially be about 40,000 square feet, with room for adjacent expansion, should future growth warrant it. The company believes that it could have the facility built and operational in about 18 months after funding is secured. This facility could also produce other vaccines, should the company develop or acquire those in the future. The company estimates that the facility at its initial stage would cost about $10,000,000, but would enable it to produce its vaccines for sale on a consistent and reliable basis.
Dr. Mehran Ghazvini, DC, NMD, Chairman and CEO, stated, "The company does not yet have committed financing for the facility, but is exploring industrial enterprise zones and bond financing, as well as discussing the plans for funding with investment banking entities, both in the U.S. and Europe."

Here is the latest:
TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Sep 11, 2013 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Global Green, Inc.
(OTCBB:GOGC) cites an article in last month's
Washington Post that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is reviewing
research revealing that new bacteria-killing chemicals used in chicken industry
processing plants may be masking the presence of salmonella and other pathogens
that remain on the birds that consumers buy, causing food illness.
Global Green has developed a patented vaccine to reduce Salmonella in chicken
farming, Salmogenics. It is a safe vaccine that could have significant global
impact against this dreaded infectious disease, without dangerous side effects.
Salmogenics is currently in the final stage of the USDA approval process.
On September 4, the Company announced the signing of an agreement with Merial
Ltd., the Animal Health Division of Sanofi, to conduct an internal evaluation of
Global Green's patented Salmogenics vaccine
technology. At the conclusion of the evaluation, Merial has the first option to
enter into a license agreement with Global Green for the manufacture,
distribution, and sale of the vaccine.
The chemical issue that reportedly currently exists in chicken industry
processing plants came to the department's attention
this spring after chemical companies pointed to academic research that shows
there could be a problem with chicken farming and told the USDA that further
study was needed.
Some experts say the rising tide of chemicals may be causing unanticipated side
effects and endangering food safety. Some USDA inspectors believe such chemicals
can contribute to a host of healthcare and medical problems, including
respiratory ailments and persistent skin rashes.
The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that Salmonellosis is one of the
most common and widely distributed infectious diseases, affecting the healthcare
of tens of millions of people every year. This is a global health issue.
Dr. Mehran Ghazvini, DC, NMD, Chairman and CEO of biotech company Global Green,
Inc., stated "As an infectious disease, Salmonellosis
is responsible for a significant burden of disease in the global health arena
and is notoriously difficult to control in the poultry farm-to-market cycle.
When Salmogenics is used, salmonella contamination is reduced. Not only will
consumers have access to a healthier protein source, but the amount of chemicals
used in the processing plant will be reduced, providing a healthier work
environment for those who work there. This will promote food safety and animal
health."

Well i am no scientist but i can read. From the artical from Merek concerning water administration "WARMACHINE" please read the following they are talking about pigs not chickens.
Administration and Dosage
WATER ADMINISTRATION: This product was developed to be used exclusively by the oral route. Aseptically rehydrate the contents of the desiccated vial with enclosed diluent. Shake well. Add to the water delivery system using the appropriate ratio to achieve the delivery of 1 mL of vaccine per pig (see insert for details). Water may be withheld for 1-2 hours before vaccination. Occasional remixing of the vaccine solution 2 to 3 times during the vaccination procedure aids in assuring a uniform dose for all swine.
just so the record is straight, since not everyones DD is complete or accurate..
Injecting eggs is also far less cost effective compared to the other that I referenced since IT can be simply added to drinking water as stated in the article.
the other that you referenced can not simply be added to drinking water. the fact is that you referenced Merck's Nobilis Salenvac which is an injectable only live vaccine. as has been pointed out since is that Merck now also manufactures a live vaccine which can be added to drinking water.
of course the confusion could have been prevented by linking directly to the manufacturers website, as i did, instead of a 10 year old article.
weeeeeeeeeeeeeee, isn't complete and accurate DD fun?
Yes, lets stick with FACTS about Merck then. Maybe since the article was written Merck may have changed it and gone for specific ways of administration.
A little DD shows MERCK has this WATER ADMINISTRATION version.
http://www.merck-animal-health-usa.com/products/130_120655/productdetails_130_121085.aspx
WEEEEEEEEEEEE DD is fun.
So, back to the original case of there ARE other products ALREADY OUT THERE. And worldwide for the other reply. hehehe
Provide proof? I did! I linked THE ORIGINAL ARTICLE. Got a problem with the statements QUOTING AN ARTICLE? Go argue with the author of the article.
some clarification on other salmonella vaccines...
besides Merck, there is also Lohmann which produces the water fed vaccines that warmachine was referring to...
http://www.lahinternational.com/index.php?src=directory&view=products_catalog&srctype=salmonella_lister
it appears the difference is that inactive vaccines are administered via injection and the live vaccines are added to water.
as far as cost effectiveness, one needs to provide facts and links that support any statement on cost effectiveness of these various vaccines.
that's fine, both articles are about Nobilis Salenvac which is the Merck product i linked to as well.
there is still no mention on Merck's website about any other method of administration than injection. one would think that if their product could just be added to water that their site would indicate such.
So lets just stick to the fact on that page.
sorry but, "Alternatively, producers can vaccinate birds through drinking water, says Adam Goddard of Lohmann Animal Health." is not a fact as you state it is. do you really think that Merck would sell a vaccine that could be administered via water and not say that on their website? does anyone even know who Adam Goddard is or what kind of authority he is on the subject of Merck's vaccine?
let's just stick to the facts on Merck's product page.
LOL Here is the article that I actually referred to. So lets just stick to the fact on that page. Notice the date also!
"Alternatively, producers can vaccinate birds through drinking water, says Adam Goddard of Lohmann Animal Health"
http://www.farminguk.com/news/Vaccine-aims-to-make-eggs-safer_544.html
FDA is responsible only for the USA! Remember There is Global demand!
"Injecting eggs is also far less cost effective compared to the other that I referenced since IT can be simply added to drinking water as stated in the article."
unfortunately, that is incorrect, per the Merck product website i linked to...
"Method of administration - Intramuscular injection into the breast or leg muscle."
there is no mention on the Merck site of adding the vaccine to drinking water.
Think there are still some more awake! GOGC
Injecting eggs is also far less cost effective compared to the other that I referenced since IT can be simply added to drinking water as stated in the article.
Still could be years before this company sees any results and gets FDA approval for use in HUMAN FOOD SOURCES aka broiler chickens. Not saying NO value here, just nothing immediate.
warmachine, this is the actual vaccine you are referring to...
http://www.merck-animal-health.com/products/50_139420/productdetails_50_139461.aspx
there is a difference however, as stated by GOGC, "Salmogenics is the only patented salmonella vaccine injected into the egg before the chick is hatched."
so while vaccinating chickens for Salmonella is nothing new, vaccinating eggs before they hatch is.
the fact that a large global company like Merial is working with an OTC traded company like GOGC, is pretty significant.
AND here 10 YEARS AGO another vaccine so this IDEA is nothing new. This isn't some ground breaking vaccine folks! IT ALREADY EXISTS and has been around. Other companies ALREADY MAKE SOME
This article is from 2003
http://www.farminguk.com/news/Vaccine-aims-to-make-eggs-safer_544.html
GOGC lot of new MM's, GUGS, WABR, RAFF just chimmed in....
or not Nice to see you here!
It COULD BE YEARS before this latest announcement pans out.
"to conduct an internal evaluation of Global Green's patented Salmogenics vaccine technology"
It's only a TESTING PHASE and if you read, AND UNDERSTAND, what is going on then you will see that this is intended for use on BROILER CHICKENS which means HUMAN FOOD and you can be damn sure that the FDA will have to pass the use of this AFTER Merial Ltd., the Animal Health Division of Sanofi, gets done with their EVALUATION.
"The aim of the Salmogenics vaccine is to improve the immune system, health and welfare of the 40 billion broiler chickens in the world and to provide a healthier source of protein for humans in a more cost-effective manner. ...."
Thank you, good work! Think there is still much room for growth. As I said, my target is 0.5$ patience and watching.

risk vs reward-ill take the risk and then the reward on this one-go GOGC!!!
Not to mention also that the FDA approval for Salmogenics is STILL in the final phase and has been all year long. Once FDA approval is established, that will probably be a boost for the stock as well. I think this new deal is a good indicator that both companies believe Salmogenics will be approved, but things can change.
Clearly the market sees the news for what it is...speculative. IF the testing goes well then we have the OPTION to license the product. If this was an actual licensing deal the pps would be north of .75 by now.
Yep...same people posting the same crap DD.

Show us the licensing deal. The PR said it was a option to license if the tests go well. Maybe everyone else is missing it.
