No, your shares of ARSC will NOT be transferred to the other company -- ZIP on that one! But the divvy, if it does happen will turn out to be shares of HFCOD. That's what will/maybe/might transpire at least based upon Frank's email to me a few months ago. And the reason why he said that he will wait on giving us our divvy until once production begins is because the divvy would be worthless to us if he gave them out too soon. Just my thought. It may still sound insane...ridiculous...nutty or whatever one would like to call it, but so far that's the feel I got from thinking the way I figure Frank thinks.
