The divvy explanation makes sense, not that I think it will ever happen - this has been going on way too long, all the "reasons" for the delays are becoming unimportant now. ARSC will always remain nothing and we are all stuck with them, it would seem we will never even be able to write off the losses unless they factually become worthless (which actually is where they are now, but not on paper!) Guess I'm one of the lucky ones, only 20 million shares down the toilet.
