We were alerted when we saw these pump and dump press releases about what they did for this truly great non-profit. But they were misleading. The charity did THEM a favor!
Bogus press releases: Like opening a restaurant on July 4th- that they don't even own! And if you read the releases closely- a 45 day period of due dilligence providing a positive engineering report.
Already given themselves an out?
Imagine- stiffing a charity for $1100 But then again- when your own father sues you for fraud- what should you expect!
