The restaurant owned the bar that night, received great publicity generated by the charity, paid 50% of each meal- then got stiffed by Charles R Lance.
David says he's not my partner.
But when pressed admits 'he is my consultant.'
Let's see the first part of consultant is CON...

We were alerted when we saw these pump and dump press releases about what they did for this truly great non-profit.
But they were misleading. The charity did THEM a favor!

Bogus press releases:
Like opening a restaurant on July 4th- that they don't even own!
And if you read the releases closely- a 45 day period of due dilligence providing a positive engineering report.

Already given themselves an out?

Imagine- stiffing a charity for $1100
But then again- when your own father sues you for fraud- what should you expect!
