Does anyone have any information about BeBida's threatened, eminent, current or pending legal issues?

Refer to the latest company filing, which states they are not involved in any current legal action or aware of anything pending.

Someone has posted repeatedly about themselves and then last night threatens me about my not posting about any other posters here on this board.

What kind of a 'threat' is it you received? A reminder that your post will be removed if it violates TOS? You agree to that 'threat' when you create an account on iHub.

Is there a different policy for posters who are moderators posting about themselves, or other posters on IHUB? Anyone have any ideas or comments about any legal issues pertaining to BeBida?

If you feel a post violates TOS, you can report it to admin. They are the ultimate arbiter in TOS matters. They can remove posts and also restore posts removed for invalid reasons. This recourse is available to every poster.

I myself have a professional program on my PC which is designed to enhance images or photos. Even though this professional program could not identify any printing at all on the stickers which were on the tops of the posted cans of Koma Unwind anyone using this program could easily see the fibers within the paper stickers.

Here you go, no enhancement required, only functional knowledge. There are red and white WAL-MART clearance stickers on these cans that bear a price of "..25". Whether Walmart placed them there or not is open to debate, but the presence of the stickers and the printing on them is pretty obvious.

My call to Wal-Mart corporate yesterday resulted in their wanting to know which store this purported sale was in and who was the manager or Co-manager that authorized the price reduction on the cans of Koma Unwind. Anyone know the answers to those two questions?

"Wal-mart corporate" asks anonymous callers for information about the actions of their own store managers? And you are subsequently asking a stock market message board if they have the answers about a picture posted on Facebook?

Its seems that Wal-Mart has a policy of NOT selling product for less then they have actually paid for it. The cans of Koma Unwind costs Wal-Mart more then four times the purportedly posted but undistinguishable price of 25 cents.

I'm impressed that you were able to get "Wal-mart corporate" to tell you what they pay for Koma Unwind. Because you wouldn't know otherwise, right?

If this actually did happen and this was not a prank buy someone, then the sale was not authorized by Wal-Mart's current policy.

You pretty much nailed it, right there. It's not the responsibility of iHub or any of its posters, including Moderators, to verify information contained in posts. It may be accurate or it may not be accurate, but it's up to each reader to make that determination for themselves. Feel free to review the information contained in the iHub poster Handbook:

In case, like the prices on the stickers in the Wal-mart discount pic, you have difficulty finding the relevant info, here it is:

I was told the sale could not even take place because the bar code would not match the cash registers programed information. Damaged stock,or discounted stock not selling for the price they paid for the product would then be returned to the vender.

I have purchased discounted items at Walmart labeled with the same type of red and white sticker and had no difficulty, so it isn't the presence of the sticker that is at issue. If the price stickers were applied without Walmart's authorization, I imagine that discrepancy would turn up at the register.

Wal-Mart also told me this also would happen with overstock of any of its products. Another scam reported by someone I guess. As an investor it would be nice to see the true story about these two very important issues pertaining BeBida Beverages business.

Good luck with uncovering the true story. You are welcome to post it here if and when you find it. In the meantime, it isn't iHub's or board moderator's responsibility to verify any information posted or stickied here. It's a just message board, not a legal document. You'll need to talk to Bebevco for that, though they seem to be unable to come up with any verified info of their own, so don't hold your breath.
