BeBida Beverage Company and its legal actions

Does anyone have any information about BeBida's threatened, eminent, current or pending legal issues? This subject is not about any poster on this board or any other board for that matter, it's about BeBida and its business as well as its legal issues which may well be very important information for investors. Someone has posted repeatedly about themselves and then last night threatens me about my not posting about any other posters here on this board. Is there a different policy for posters who are moderators posting about themselves, or other posters on IHUB? Anyone have any ideas or comments about any legal issues pertaining to BeBida?

Seems there has been many posts yesterday about some $ 0.25 cans of Koma Unwind being on sale at some Wal-Mart store. Many posters here have stated that they have tried to blow up the posted photo but still could not see anything about a price of 25 cents on the can stickers. I myself have a professional program on my PC which is designed to enhance images or photos. Even though this professional program could not identify any printing at all on the stickers which were on the tops of the posted cans of Koma Unwind anyone using this program could easily see the fibers within the paper stickers. My call to Wal-Mart corporate yesterday resulted in their wanting to know which store this purported sale was in and who was the manager or Co-manager that authorized the price reduction on the cans of Koma Unwind. Anyone know the answers to those two questions?
Its seems that Wal-Mart has a policy of NOT selling product for less then they have actually paid for it. The cans of Koma Unwind costs Wal-Mart more then four times the purportedly posted but undistinguishable price of 25 cents. If this actually did happen and this was not a prank buy someone, then the sale was not authorized by Wal-Mart's current policy. I was told the sale could not even take place because the bar code would not match the cash registers programed information. Damaged stock,or discounted stock not selling for the price they paid for the product would then be returned to the vender. Wal-Mart also told me this also would happen with overstock of any of its products. Another scam reported by someone I guess. As an investor it would be nice to see the true story about these two very important issues pertaining BeBida Beverages business.
