I couldnt figure out why they have the O/S wrong I did see this
On April 5, 2012 we agreed
to issue 150,000,000 shares to acquire 100% of the member owner interests of PcPayTech LLC
with 10,000,000 shares issued on April 5, 2012 and the 140,000,000 balance issued on April
22, 2012.
