GIHI - just puttin a simple calculator to the insider holdings I come up with 244,750,000 owned by insiders. Almost 3 times the reported OS. Then you gotta add the 150 mil they paid out after the fins. so it is approaching 500 mil OS. And their numbers have only changed by .22 cents from 2010 to 2011 with Zero revenue.
