IMHO, if you want to see a solid BofD, the only way that will happen is if someone of stature becomes a majority shareholder and can control the Board and the nonsense that has permeated it in the past and will likely continue to permeate it if not for changes. Either Visser is looking to do that or he's looking to sandbag everyone else. If mgmt and the Board have been as unscrupulous as they have been in the past, he would obviously want them out. If his daughters or nieces are indeed involved, he is not looking short-term though. (I.e., looking to make a quick (relatively small) score with current mgmt).
