Please provide documentable proof that MDGC is "DTC Chilled" as that would apply to one or more services offered by the DTCC.

Would you also please provide documentation that PK companies with one or more DTCC services suspended (i.e. "chilled") can't be diluted. That is a unique interpretation that I have never seen asserted.

Additionally if MDGC has been made non DTC FAST-eligible as seems more likely due to your explanation that paper certificates are issued for settlement, how would that prevent dilution?
