I don't think he is. Me I am waiting to see what the bundle of patents they put up for sale will fetch and how many more bundles they will sell. According to the posters here IDCC should have 18 bundles of 1,000 each since most of the IDCC patents are worthless. Now lets see how many of these posters will change their tune when a bundle of patents brings a decent amount or all of a sudden new interest in buying IDCC happens, or God forbid they license Nokia and a few others. Apple will either buy IDCC or pay more maybe earlier maybe later but they in my opinion will have to do something as they will not get basically a free ride any longer than 2014.

Google will assume liability for Motorola once that deal is done, or no deal Google comes after IDCC.
