I have the feeling that the FDA requested more info(data) from them. I only speculate that b/c of the last PR's announcement that Lixiu will be doing extensive clinical research in China. I'm not confident that Biel would tell investors immediately. I wonder (out loud) if they would have told investors about the FDA warning letter if it hadn't been posted or found on the FDA's website. They did wait about 1 month (& 2 investor updates) to say anything about it.
