A 3 million share sell imo is no indiction of dilution to me and apparently someone bought those 3 million shares, which they thought was at an attractive price. I know more than a few folks that have well over 3 million shares and could sell if they wanted to. I would have to see a lot larger volume trading daily with no news to justify the trading for me to believe that the company is diluting shares - which I have not seen!
