MYDX is protecting their stockholders and Company reputation, so I agree that it does speak volumes about MYDX - they care enough about their company. Plus $29 million when they win won't hurt the bottom line to start.

MYDX does not like it when people read their financials and discover that money just vanishes and that MYDX is a fundamental train wreck.
