So SFOR will gap up on Monday again? Those who sold today will not have chance to get their shares back with the price they sold.

I am long and a believer, but with the Entrust vs Strikeforce suit also being settled will wait to see what the delta is between the two. Easy to assume Entrust dropped their suit without compensation, but could be it was dropped with Strikeforce giving concessions in their suit against Entrust. Just my opinion, but until details of both released is a possibility. I was always less confident over the Entrust case award as it went both ways so curious what agreements were reached and what cash or royalties are involved

Sfor is only hope for my family, college funds, lost so much at other stock .

Plaintiff StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (“StrikeForce”), and Defendants Entrust, Inc., Entrust DataCard Corporation, and Cygnacom Solutions, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”), by counsel and pursuant to this Court’s Order of October 26, 2017 (ECF No. 130), report that the parties have finalized their settlement of this and a related matter, that the formal agreements have been signed, and that a dismissal order will be tendered on Monday, November 13, 2017.
