Taug has no debt, 2 million dollars

Dream on! TAUG does not have $2 million after settling up with two sets of highly paid attorneys and whoever else is owed. No debt???? Check the Balance Sheet!

BTW...why does TAUG have any cash at all? Because Seth Shaw has been operating as a stock certificate printing press! There were ONE BILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING IN MID-2015 and now somewhere around THREE BILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING IN NOVEMBER 2017! Shaw could have done this without chasing the Cowan lottery ticket for over two years!

"I? think there might be more to this than meets the eye, as it seems there is an element of confidentiality."

The settlement agreement acted to "resolve all claims between the parties in the Action for a cash consideration of $2,050,000."
That's the whole deal. I guess it must be so disappointing to come up $18 million in cash and an obligation to replace a billion shares short that it helps to pretend that there might be something else. Nobody likes to be THAT wrong.
