I’m wiling to go out on a limb here and say the local fishing industry doesn’t like this plan
Even though pebble has eliminated the part of the mine that directly runs into the lake
And the fishing industry probably doesn’t believe that the modern technology will prevent mining issues

My guess is that they like it just the way it stands

now

200 million In revenue
Vs ??? In copper and gold sales in 20. Years
To keep the economy strong and independent of copper and gold imports for industry.
