Municipal vehicles within organizations which don't have shareholders, bottom lines or investment criteria. But they do have your tax dollars to waste.
As I have stated many times... There WILL be NGV's...they are and will continue to be a SMALL NICHE.
The same reasons that YOU don't drive an NGV are the same reasons others don't as well... the government isn't paying for your vehicle, the economics are NOT COMPELLING ENOUGH, and it is INCONVENIENT.
