Amazing news for Lebby to present at the 2 conferences taking place in the next week. This news shows that LWLG can scale quickly.

Can someone mire knowledgeable than I tell me how big this news is? It sounds like a pretty big deal.

This development is significant in that for the first time; Lightwave Logic is now in a position to compete aggressively in the 400Gbps data center and high-performance computing markets. Even more, a 50Gbps capable modulator would allow Lightwave to push performance towards 100Gbps to enable data rates of 800Gbps (where only network architects are considering today)

Way too many unknown details to get excited and still unverified.

Reading between the lines they are still optimizing and haven't actually achieved 50Gbps.

It says, "with bandwidth performance levels that will enable 50Gbps modulation."

What the heck does that mean, will enable? Sounds like legal is playing word games.

Still not optimized and they don't even have the in house testing equip to know full characteristics per the PR.

"We expect a steady stream of improvements to our polymer platform over the next year" ... "investments to upgrade our test and characterization equipment"

So if you are looking into this why not wait a year. Same goes for any company interested in a potential product.
