Everyone’s situation is different. I hear you and agree but would feel comfortable with a number Dr. M might agree to knowing what he knows.

If he gets a number he can’t refuse, who am I to turn down a fortune?

Something I hope Dr. M. has in mind is getting these drugs to market asap to start helping people. He may find himself at or near the helm of what ever entity they end up with and we all continue to participate. Could be upfront money with residual payments to keep us in whatever endeavors we choose to muddle in. As much as some of us hope we can control things, we are passengers on this ship.

In a straight stock swap, say 1-1, you'd be getting immediate dividend payments...as well as future capital appreciation. I'd take that in a heartbeat!
