Thanks for the response here 236T568. I'm aware of the convertible debt, and understand what that means. As I mentioned, I'm relatively new to trading in general, only 8 months, but I hope/think I now have a pretty clear idea of what goes on with all these OTC tickers. So annoyed by the shadyness. This DD board in particular has helped a lot to see through the facade, which I admit, caught me too at first. Its fascinating how easy it is to get caught up in the story, which I suppose is quite important for the scams to exist. They have to be good to draw people in. I was just curious about Cellucci specifically, maybe psychologically? and what his motives may be given his, what *appears* to be, legit reputation.

UNVC

an old Cory Ribotsky scam client. One of the first to default to him. Named in the SEC complaint.

Pooped up this weekend being promted. Website bio completly contradicts the old SEC filings. UNVC was a pharmacy that supplied Methadone and syringes. UNVC is now claiming a 25 year history as an ecommerce company

Univecinc.com

Quote from the website: Company Description: UNIVEC provides information solutions and services in support of government transformation for Intelligence, Security, and Federal Civilian customers. UNIVEC specializes in both demonstration/consultation, and implementation/deployment of enterprise grade, cutting edge financial/organizational software solutions. UNIVEC was established in 1993 when we received our first contract with DOD, Office of Paperless Contracting WITP to evaluate current operating procedures and e-commerce solutions as it relates to management of the entire solicitation process, tendering and procurement procedures. This 9 billion dollar undertaking has transformed UNIVEC into a software development company with a global outreach.

This is from UNVC's final 10k
