It's simple I think Ceo knew ahead of time what could happen and possibly moved assets and yes I do believe he and Family and friends lost money. but it is just not worth it to throw more money in a hole. I believe his announcement of a Pr is to settle the insiders he has made and maybe a little denial. I hope the pr comes out and some make something so I'm not pursuing SEC yet but he will be ultimately confronted by most I hope. I've' been in a few lawsuits being in business and it's just a matter of the strength of the depositions and the assets that are available to pay, assuming he does not file chapter 7 bankruptcy..
