NEWC was suspended years ago due to a corrupt CEO busted by SEC. Company was sold to a new CEO who brought it back from the dead. There have been others too. The odds appear bleak because most of the shells targeted don't have active management so majority of suspensions are to clean up ghost shell stocks. DBMM has active management.
