ICNB loading zone here under .02 and then .03. the .02 break is coming soon then we run for .03's on the charts! Then ICNB should be off to lot's more new 52 week highs in the days and weeks ahead. Remember the entire float more than churned for 6 to 7 weeks in the .02's and .03's.
