They had enough cash on hand to get to 2018 the way they were going. They aren't broke. In my opinion, if they get close to out of money they can do a quick settlement again as I'm sure dollar amounts have been offered and turned down by SFOR because they believe it should be more. We can panic if revenues show a decrease.
