This is what John Zimmerman bought. This is the paper he saw when he chose to buy HIRU. It's all right here. To me it looks like HIRU was sold very clean. I think your right about why the debt is showing in the fillings. I think the confusion gave a lot of people cheap shares today.. We will all know more soon. Holding tight because I believe we are golden.
