Proof that $HIRU shell has no debt !! Company news ahead!
Proof that shell sold without debt and has no debt has been posted here countless times and With the whole control block sold to Zimmerman - as per the filings - this again has already been posted and proven here. But it's immaterial as the control block was sold in full.
Mandatory to be compliant- as HIRU is so excellently doing- Showing the past history and prior years of the SHELL must be reflected in these filings to go CURRENT as it's mandatory In order to go CURRENT.
There debunked any such conspiracy as that is clearly explained in the filings that it was DEBT from prior management not carried over.
It is my opinion, I feel VERY CONFIDENT THE COMPANY WILL REAFFIRM THAT IT HAS NO DEBTS FROM PRIOR management and that's actually negotiated in the proof of sale of the shell. The net tax loss carryover- only for tax purposes and actually is a huge plus! For new management who may have profits!
This precipitous drop, which all happened in first 8 minutes of trading after just only 10mil of sell volume by a certain maker. That was orchestrated and typical indication of a nice move set to follow.
IMO, enabled many new shareholders to get in between .0023-.0031 pps for the second day in a row- before the first major material news form the company as the new MJ company and corporate Direction.
WITH PROOF OF FILINGS AND NOW THE ABILITY TO GO CURRENT WITH OTC- and perhaps FINRA- clearly they have proven the necessary disclosures to justify this excellent intrigue and interest.
The company indicated that once all was reflected at OTCMARKETS than they will announce the key exciting company news about $HIRU and going MJ in Colorado (would only seem logical as it has pot lead on the website and the situs was changed to Colorado ).
It's already huge , but far Bigger than even I think, IMO- as they did everything correctly! I'm expecting tons of continued interest piquing as we had a very low volume selloff and actually just profit takers. Quite healthy. IMO, tmrw or Friday as HIRU moves to current status- the new Company will speak and it's time to see what's under the hood here! Clearly 315mil shares later and trading 450% higher than after their 6th material event - we are patiently awaiting and I'm so glad I did.
