Thank you for your support and your e-mail. I completely understand and believe me it was not our intent not to file the Q. It is being taken care of as we speak and we will see the Stop sign disappear shortly, I am sure by Monday.


In the meantime I am sorry people were spooked by the events but there is nothing that we can do to prevent their actions other than giving them the assurances we are taking the necessary action to correct the issues at hand.


Please share this I have nothing to keep from my shareholders, we are fully transparent and we will get out a PR very soon. Please also understand I am a very communicative person but I am bound by "Tell One Tell All" and there may be times that my time will not permit an expedient answer.

The sad thing is that many were shaken out yesterday and today because a lot of false information was posted. The email was 100% accurate and just after the email hit we almost broke into .02's. It is so sad some read the boards and forget solid actual DD. Once again anyone selling ICNB below silver coins ahead is simply insane IMO. Check the DD going forward. I post it twice daily in bold, check the I Box. There have been many stocks that ran from trips to over .25, .30 and .50 in the past and none of them had what we have here at ICNB! My only hope is the new shareholders will lock up all their ICNB shares with GTC sell orders at .25 to .50 plus and simply let all the news and events unfold. Then you will see how fast we get over .02, .05, .10 etc. ahead.
