<<<<<<<<RECEIVED THIS EMAIL BACK FROM RICH DECICCO>>>>>>>
Curt,
Thank you for your support and your e-mail. I completely understand and believe me it was not our intent not to file the Q. It is being taken care of as we speak and we will see the Stop sign disappear shortly, I am sure by Monday.
In the meantime I am sorry people were spooked by the events but there is nothing that we can do to prevent their actions other than giving them the assurances we are taking the necessary action to correct the issues at hand.
Please share this I have nothing to keep from my shareholders, we are fully transparent and we will get out a PR very soon. Please also understand I am a very communicative person but I am bound by "Tell One Tell All" and there may be times that my time will not permit an expedient answer.
All the best,
Rich

Hello Mr. DeCicco,
I am a shareholder of a fairly sizeable position. I am aware that the PR sent out Jan. 4th stated the filings will be brought current very soon.
“Additionally the company is finalizing the quarterly financial reports, and expects to file them imminently.”
My biggest concern here, and I’m assuming you aware of this also, is that the STOP sign on the otcmarkets.com website is keeping many from being able to buy through their brokers. It seems that this huge sell off this morning could be caused by shorting and other manipulation tactics. The lack of being able to buy shares is only fueling the very bad situation.
In my opinion, there are some fantastic things in the works for Iconic Brands USA with Bellissima Prosecco. And I want to hold my position. There are many shareholders on the verge of selling.
I realize you don’t just give out information to just anyone that sends you an email, but is there any news coming in the very near future, and will the STOP sign be removed very soon?
I appreciate any information, and I apologize for the lengthy email. I am a member of the Ihub forum. Do I have you r permission to share your response? If not, I com;etely understand.
Thank You,
Curt
