Nice analysis on QMC's stock activity. Newbies should read and understand whats been happening especially regarding MKM and their liquidation. This is a temporary phenomenon with recovery once expected announcements are made. I will put J's post in Extended Stickies in the I-Box :)
I'm with you regarding Posner's. They clearly only sold in the past to get below the limit in order to excite their expiring options/warrants. We haven't seen an SEC filing that involved then since they bought their options/warrants.
MKM hasn't filed with the SEC since 2014. Who knows what they've been doing with their shares, but 20+ million is a lot of impact on short term volume. Given the average volume it would take them 20 or more weeks to unload their shares without causing the share price to drastically drop.
This all may be true, but there isn't exactly much wiggle room. The price is taking a beating right now over the last two years.
Ask and bid today seem likely to both close under .10 for the first time in a long time. Single digits are imminent pending any major contract/sales announcements.
