I'm with you regarding Posner's. They clearly only sold in the past to get below the limit in order to excite their expiring options/warrants. We haven't seen an SEC filing that involved then since they bought their options/warrants.

MKM hasn't filed with the SEC since 2014. Who knows what they've been doing with their shares, but 20+ million is a lot of impact on short term volume. Given the average volume it would take them 20 or more weeks to unload their shares without causing the share price to drastically drop.
