Interesting, he was at Caterpillar for 8+ years and came to LQMT? Looks like a quality hire. I don't know about you, but you do a lot of thinking before you take any job. Hes about 33. Taking on this job means he either does poor job analysis, cant find a job, or saw something he liked. Either way - at his age - I'd guess it wasnt a hasty decision.

Just interesting he signed on to LQMT with his background and employment history. You'd figure with CAT on his resume he could go just about anywhere he wants.

Thanks for the update on the Hire, It looks like Daniel McHugh has strong ambitions, i’m guessing that from he’s perspective LMT is the right company to advance his career, another good hire by LMT management.

Summary
I take an open minded approach to new mechanical design, and I use a systematic, fact-based method to problem solving. I work well collaborating across functional groups; such as, purchasing, manufacturing, marketing, and product support. My objective is to continue working as a System Design Engineer and take on more responsibilty as I move into a Project Management role. I would also be interested in a technical sales position.
